Thanks for the tutorial. I'm a white belt that started BJJ recently and I struggle with the forward roll, where I fall over to the side, like what you demonstrated at 1:50. I think making sure I tuck my chin, exhale, and just commit to the roll will allow me to roll forward.
Yrs back I learned forward rolling in a judo self defense class,our instructor always told us and I always remembered to do is tuck the chin to the chest and roll straight over .However we didn't bring the forward arm so far back but left it a bit nore forward,all else same.It saved me in a motorcycle accident yrs ago when i was propelled over a car after broadsiding him ,did a left forwzrd roll and up on my feet .,Thanks ,nice vedio .
