Thanks so much for watching this video! 😊 We constantly learn new things based on scientific studies as well as Nathalie’s experience from treating pregnant women. Because of that, we wanted to share this updated video with you to help you dilate your cervix even faster!
Hi there 😊, 2cm dilated at 37 weeks plus Braxton Hicks and pressure on the cervix. Seems like someone cannot wait to meet her/his mommy 😊 No surprise you are excited! You are SO CLOSE to finally meet that sweet little thing!! When you do, enjoy every second of it!! 🥰🥰 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
In the US at least, castor oil is no longer recommended because the laxative effect can lead to dehydration, which, if it gets serious, has risks for mom and baby. I know plenty of women have used it safely (I was born after my mom took it), but just putting that out there for those who don’t know about the risks.
These videos are really helpful. My midwife told me about the sitting positions and letting my belly hang as much as possible and I had forgotten but then watched these videos and baby has moved down properly again.
Hi there 😊, that's great to hear!! We are very happy to hear that you find our videos helpful - thanks so much for your feedback!! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
😅 That's great! A new mom just sent us a message in which she told us that she walked (!) to the hospital where they told us that she was already 8cm dilated!! And then she only needed two pushes to deliver that baby.... So maybe, you are another one of those cases? 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there! 😊 Fingers crossed!! But we would not worry too much! Thousands of women have VBACs every single day without any complications! So, we are sure everything will be fine!! Stay positive and don't worry about your dilation! Your contractions will take care of it, once your labor has started! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️ P.S.: Thanks so much for your feedback!! currently 39 weeks 5 days but labore pains can not started ,There are some signs, but the pain is not moving from the back to the front, nor is the stomach getting hard , i'm 1cm dilated Am so Frustrated
Hi there 😊, we can assure you that these things can often go faster than you would think. You don't feel or see anything for the longest time. And then suddenly, you are in labor. So, don't give up! We are sure you will soon hold your sweet little baby in your arms! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, the good thing is that you did not go into labor too early, despite your early dilation. We say this because in very rare cases, it can be a sign of preterm labor if you start to dilate too early. So, it's great that you are now already 35 weeks pregnant. Now, all you can do is wait for your dilation to progress. But don't expect that anything happens before week 37! And please also keep in mind that you may not dilate any further before the start of labor. It's totally normal... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi.. you both are doing a really good job.. u r videos are so useful.. Thank you so much for all your efforts..I recently delivery my baby boy on April 2. My water broke at home and when I reached the hospital my doctor told that my cervix has not dilated and further without waiting they decided for a c section. Could you please let me know if it is really an issue for the baby to stay without water and try for normal delivery?
Hi there 😘, first of all, CONGRATULATIONS on your newborn from the 2 of us!!! 🥰 And also, thanks SO MUCH for your lovely feedback - it is very much appreciated!! 😘 We are very sorry to hear your story! We have to say, we are more than surprised to hear it. Does your doctor know that contractions are required for the cervix to dilate? That's the whole point of going into labor: your contractions start, they dilate the cervix to 10cm and then you deliver your baby. The fact that you were not dilated when you were admitted to the hospital does not mean anything. Not every woman dilates BEFORE contractions start... Moreover, the fact that your water broke does not mean that you need a C-section either. In fact, it's something they often try when they try to induce labor: they break your water, they wait for contractions to start so that they can DILATE your cervix... Of course, we don't know if there were any other circumstances why your doctor went straight for a C-section. But if there were, your doctor is supposed to tell you what these are! We really this helps!! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Completed 39 weeks and 1 day..this is my first pregnancy..but still dont have any contractions..no any symptoms of labour pain..due date is 6th may...baby's head is still floating high and baby's face is front ..what to do to get baby's head engage in cervix..?
Hi there 😊, if baby is facing your front, then you have to start here: th-cam.com/video/wouG3-qVAho/w-d-xo.html And then if you can manage to turn your baby so that baby faces your back, you can then engage the baby: th-cam.com/video/A8_JTWASGHw/w-d-xo.html That said, please keep in mind that these things take time! It is probably not gonna work within a couple of days only. But you can get there! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, that's great to hear!! Seems like your body is preparing for labor!! 😊 The tricks and tools that we share with you in this video can certainly help. But there is also another video that you may find helpful: th-cam.com/video/meoul9vuddk/w-d-xo.html And of course, birth ball exercises could also help: th-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/w-d-xo.html We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Thank you so much for your video! According to the doctors, I'm 39+6 today but they had my original due date a little later originally, and based on that, I'm actually 39+0. But regardless, I've been struggling really hard emotionally with still being pregnant despite a whole bunch of soft labor signs, especially when I continue to not go into labor. Is there a video I can watch to help? I feel so frustrated and sad everyday I'm not going into labor.
Hi there 😊, first of all, please note that you are not alone: what you are feeling is exactly what so many other women feel at that stage of their pregnancy. However, there are two things you should keep in mind: First, on average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. Everything within that range is totally normal. And second: with every day your baby stays in there, baby has more time to mature. This can be particularly important for baby's lungs and also for the suction reflex (and other things). Ideally, you try to deal with your emotions first. Sometimes, emotions can interfere with labor hormones, particularly when they cause lots of stress (and thus stress hormones). What we do at the clinic is a combination of acupuncture and reflexology to help women deal with stress and worries. But it does not need to be: it can also be a massage treatment, or mediation or yoga - depending on your preferences. And then you can also support your body with the final cervical changes with the tools that we explain in this video: th-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/w-d-xo.html and/or birth ball exercises: th-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/w-d-xo.html (birth ball exercises are a great way to support your body). We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes wanted to thank you very much! Not long after your advice, I really tried working on my negative emotions and lo and behold, the labor started and baby came!!
@@TheSg360girl Oh, how fantastic!!! First of all, CONGRATULATIONS on your newborn from the 2 of us!!! 🥳🥳🥳 We hope you had a fast and smooth delivery!! Don't thank us! Thank yourself! Can u plz tell me , in my week 36.3 scan, my baby is in cephalic anterior position which means baby is facing me ... Does it make any difference at labour ? Bcoz i have heard , when baby faces the mom labour will be more painful than baby facing mom's back. Plz suggest. Also is there any way to reduce the pain or do something about this ... Kindly reply .
Hi there 😊, unfortunately, it CAN make a difference when you are in labor, particularly if you are a first time mom. Babies who face mommy's front will have a more difficult time moving through the pelvis. This can make labor more painful and longer than normally. Please keep in mind though that most babies will turn, either before labor, or during labor to a more favorable position. Only 5% of posterior babies (i.e. babies facing your front) will remain in a posterior position when they are delivered. There are so many things that you can try during labor to help your baby find a better position. However, this is something that we only cover in our online course because these things cannot be explained in a single video... That said, there are also things that you can try to bring baby into a better position before labor starts: th-cam.com/video/wouG3-qVAho/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

I'm 2 centimeters and 70 percent effaced but Dilation is not progressing at all. I'm drinking raspberry leaf tea ☕ which is said to help soften the cervix but I guess ill have to wait it out.
Hi there 😊, there is absolutely no reason to dilate any further! As soon as you go into labor, your contractions will take care of it! So, don't worry at all! Clearly, your body is preparing for labor! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, please note that we know many cases of babies who only turned as late as week 40! So, it could still happen. That said, please note that sometimes, there are good reasons why a baby just cannot turn. For example, the position of the placenta, the shape of the uterus, uterine fibroids etc... So, unfortunately, there is no guarantee that your baby will turn... However, there is a way that may help you support this process. We explain it in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html Just please keep in mind that that approach does not guarantee that your baby will turn either... But it DID help in many cases.... Still, we hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there Monica 😊, that's fantastic news!! If you are 2cm dilated already, even before labor starts, that's exactly what we - ideally - would like to see... 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi i m 39 week pregnent. My all report s including ultrasound are fine. Still dr. Said to me that they will opt elective cesarean due to high risk of pregnancy. My age is 38 years old... N according to dr. This is reason behind choosing elective cesarean. Plz advice should older woman not go for vaginal delivery??? Dr. Said my pelvic bone might be harder to pass baby. Is there any test through which it can be assured that pelvic bone have been harder and baby can't pass through it???
Hi there 😊, our advice in this case is very simple: change your doctor! 😅 We have never heard that an older woman is less able to deliver a baby because her "bones are harder". During your pregnancy, your body releases hormones to soften up your pelvis and to make it more flexible. This happens no matter if you are 25 or 38 years old. We know lots of women who were 40+ years of age and had no problems whatsoever to deliver their baby! There CAN be circumstances under which it is more difficult to fit a baby through the pelvis, for example, when your baby's head is very large or when your pelvis is really small. But even in those cases, a mother is normally able to deliver her baby if both are doing well during the delivery. And most importantly, this has nothing to do with age. It can also happen to you if you are 25... So, please, go and see another doctor! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
I have the same experience my doctor told me they gonna induce me in 39 weeks I m 38 age but I refuse them and praying God for natural delivery. Did you do the ceaseran or normal
I think my doctor should have done a caesarean knowing that the ultrasound looked dodgy and the staff hid the fact that I had multiple babies. But they made me suffer 24 hours in labour. I was so glad when Janet insisted the registrar do something because I nearly died.

I have a mc Donald cerclage. I’m getting it removed tomorrow morning. I’m going on 37 weeks. I had my son at 31+5 due to my cervix dilating too soon. I don’t know if I’ll go into active labor tomorrow or not lol I’ve never experienced this before. They haven’t even checked to see if I’m funneling because all they care about is that the stitch is still intact and I’m not full on contracting yet lol. I’m kind of in the dark until tomorrow. If you know any stories about cerclages could you share some? Thank you!
Hi there 😊, actually, so far, we have never met a woman with a cerclage who went straight into labor after having it removed. NORMALLY, what we have observed in those cases is, that those women started to dilate during the days after the cerclage was removed, but they did not go into labor. Labor usually started later. In some cases, a week later. In other cases, 3 weeks later. It really depends on the case. So, this is what WE have observed. Of course, we cannot tell you, if you are gonna experience something similar! 😊 Still, we hope this helps you a little! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
My baby is head down but side lying.. her back and bum are on the left and her feet are in the ribs on the right side.. How to engage my baby's head in the pelvis.. I'm 37 week now.. Pls rly

Can I please ask if you are booked to get induced can you still try to prepare your cervix these ways. If so if booked to get induced at 39weeks should you start these preparations one week earlier than suggested or stick to the weeks you have suggested
Hi there 😊, actually, at the practice, we do sometimes start with these preparations earlier, if an induction is booked for medical reasons (with "preparation" I mean the preparation of the cervix, not the induction of labor). We would not start earlier than week 36 though, except from doing birth ball exercises.... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
I have been walking every day been doing the yoga ball only thing I haven’t been doing is the “deed “ but because of how uncomfortable it is. I’m 38 weeks going on 39 in 3 days and cervix is completely closed.. im soooo exhausted and I really need help to get this girl out..
Hi there Jennifer 😊, we know that many women panic when their cervix is still closed in week 39 or even 40. However, please note that for some women, dilation only starts when their contractions start. And there is nothing wrong with that - it's just how your own body approaches labor. Besides, there are also other ways how your body prepares for labor. So, please do not use your dilation as indicator, in how far your body is preparing for labor. If you have a soft cervix at this point, it's already great! The rest will come - as soon as your body is ready for it! In the meantime, you can try the things that we show in this video... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@CareAboutLittleOnes I was induced and left in pain all night without a birthing partner with me. All my pain was in my back and the pain was so bad, nobody would bring me a cup of tea and the pain caused the pelvis to tighten up too much. I think if I had been able to get into the birthing classes it would have helped me to prepare properly. I wanted a birthing pool but they said it was too high risk. Nobody tried to turn my baby. I was so tired being awake in pain all night, my body was too tight. I wish I had this information.
Hi there 😊, there is lots of videos on this topic on our channel! 😊 Just look for "dilate faster"! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there Devin 😊, most health authorities either recommend magnesium citrate or chloride in case of pregnancies because both can be absorbed more easily by the body compared to other forms. Please also make sure that you stay within the doses that are being recommended by health authorities (or even better: by your doctor) because too much magnesium can not only cause the opposite of what we try to do here. Too much magnesium can also cause diarrhea... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, the only thing that will (normally) help you dilate faster at this point, are contractions. Not sure how far along you are right now. However, if you are currently less than 40 weeks pregnant, we can only recommend leaning back and relax. 😊 4cm dilation before labor has even started is awesome! It will (normally) make things so much easier for you once you are in labor... That said, if you are looking for ways to induce labor, then you have come to the right video - given that it's not too early for you! We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

@@renalyndacullo1629 Hi there! 😘 Please do talk with your OB about this as soon as possible! It does not mean that anything is wrong. There can be harmless reasons for what you observe. However, it is important that your OB confirms that! Thank you! 😘

Hello,I follow your chanel and i'm benefited. now I'm passing 40+ weeks but I haven't contraction, labour or any discharge. In 39 weeks my midwife said that cervix is not dilated but soft. Do you suggest anything for me?
Hi there Aysha 😊, it's often very difficult to say what's taking so long. However, please note that some women only start to dilate once they are in labor. Not before. And they still have a completely natural delivery. So please, do not worry too much about it. The only things you can try to dilate faster are the ones that we mention in this video. Maybe they help you too? We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, please note that week 36 is still early days. You really don't need to worry at this point! That said, the tools that we explain in this video ARE suitable to help you dilate faster... Have you watched it already?
Hi there 😊, normally, women in their 20th week can travel, yes. Just keep in mind that there are exceptions: for example, if you have cervical stitches. So always check with your provider first before you travel... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi again 😊 It is very difficult to say which weight is ideal in general. A baby can also only just have 2kg and still be perfectly fine. It really depends on baby's growth. More important than looking at baby's weight at term is to check if baby's growth was constant. For example, a baby can be in a lower percentile (lower than average) but still grow consistently. That's totally okay. It just means that baby is smaller than the average baby. However, if baby's growth stagnates over time (with every scan), then it could be because there is a problem with the placenta. In other words: it can be ideal for a baby to have 3kg at birth, if baby's growth was constant. But if baby has 3kg at birth but baby's growth has stagnated over the past few weeks, it may not be ideal for the baby... Does this make sense at all?? 😊
@@CareAboutLittleOnes Thanks for the clarification. What if the baby weight is more than 3kg by any chance, will the natural delivery be possible? Or difficult?.
Hi there 😊, birth ball exercises are a great exercise throughout the pregnancy. However, ideally, you start no later than week 36... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, please note that on average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. Therefore, it may still be too early for your body... It very much depends on your cervix and the position of your baby. That said, in general, several things could help induce labor: In this video (th-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/w-d-xo.html) we explain several tools to prepare the cervix for labor and to induce labor. Hi there 😊 , if you are allowed to eat dates (please keep in mind that they contain lots of sugar), then you can certainly start in week 38 too! No problem at all! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, please do not worry about your dilation! It doesn't matter if it's 2 fingers or 3 fingers. The truth is: if you can even fit one finger into your cervix, it means that your body is clearly preparing for labor. So, lean back, try to relax and trust that your body is preparing for labor! 😊 I am sure that your labor will soon start and then you will finally meet that little baby! 🥰 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hello, I was in pain so went to the hospital, but after they checked they said I am having mild contractions, but have not dilated, and no affacement. So I should go home but walk briskly and try to have sex. Please any other tips to help me, because the pain comes and goes
Hi there 😊, okay, in that case, if you had at least some contractions, then what can work really well is nipple stimulation. And of course, you can also support this process with acupressure and reflexology, as we teach in this video: th-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊

Hi there 😊, in general, it is certainly possible to have a normal delivery. Many women do that after a C-section. However, whether or not it is possible in your particular case depends on many factors, for example, the thickness of the uterine scar. Also, please note that on average a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. So at this point, there is no need to be worried as long as there are no medical complications. That said, in general, several NATURAL things COULD help you dilate faster (see below). Just keep in mind that the first step is to help the body soften the cervix. This is more important than dilation right now. Your contractions will take care of your dilation once you are in labor... In this video (th-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/w-d-xo.html) we explain several tools to prepare for labor and induce labor. Moreover, birth ball exercises could help (th-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/w-d-xo.html) On top of that, the right sitting position can also support the whole process (th-cam.com/video/K5uxfr0YJ_E/w-d-xo.html) We really hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there 😊, you are MOST WELCOME! 😊 And please don't worry! You don't need to do everything that we share in this video to make this work! Masturbation can help too because it helps release Oxytocin. Moreover, nipple stimulation can help as well as exercising. So, there are many things that you can try. Most importantly though, please trust that your body knows exactly what it is doing! Women are made to deliver a child! Everything will be fine! 😊
Hi there! We are aware that there are many rumors on the internet that Castor oil is bad for the baby and can even kill a baby. However, there is no scientific evidence to back these rumors. All that Castor oil does is, it causes a reaction in the intestines. And it is hoped that that reaction has an effect on the uterus. So, if it were true that Castor oil harms a baby, the same would apply to spicy food because it has the exact same effect as Castor oil. And yet, pregnant women eat spicy food every day - without harming the baby. We hope this helps!
Hi there 😊, please note that at this point, there is no reason for you to be worried! At 38 weeks, we focus on softening your cervix. Dilation comes usually later. In fact, sometimes, it only comes AFTER labor has started (your contractions will take care of it). So, don't be worried just yet! 😊 And yes, these tips can help. And since your baby is not yet engaged, there is also something else that could help: th-cam.com/video/A8_JTWASGHw/w-d-xo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

In the US at least, castor oil is no longer recommended because the laxative effect can lead to dehydration, which, if it gets serious, has risks for mom and baby. I know plenty of women have used it safely (I was born after my mom took it), but just putting that out there for those who don’t know about the risks.
Always important to know the risks before you take it! Thanks a lot for sharing this with us Julia! ❤️

Hi there 😊,
the good thing is that you did not go into labor too early, despite your early dilation.
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi.. you both are doing a really good job.. u r videos are so useful..
Hi there 😘,
first of all, CONGRATULATIONS on your newborn from the 2 of us!!! 🥰 And also, thanks SO MUCH for your lovely feedback - it is very much appreciated!! 😘
We are very sorry to hear your story!

Hi there 😊,
first of all, please note that you are not alone: what you are feeling is exactly what so many other women feel at that stage of their pregnancy.
However, there are two things you should keep in mind:
First, on average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks.

Hi there 😊,
unfortunately, it CAN make a difference when you are in labor, particularly if you are a first time mom.
That said, there are also things that you can try to bring baby into a better position before labor starts: th-cam.com/video/wouG3-qVAho/w-d-xo.html

Hello am 39weeks and my doctor said am 2cm dilated but the contractions are not intensive. Any help
I am 38 week pragnant ,my baby is breech, doctor told me risk of normal delivery.. is there any chance to move in right direction
Hi there 😊,
please note that we know many cases of babies who only turned as late as week 40!
We explain it in this video: th-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/w-d-xo.html
Just please keep in mind that that approach does not guarantee that your baby will turn either... But it DID help in many cases....
Still, we hope this helps! 😊

Hi there 😊,
our advice in this case is very simple: change your doctor! 😅
We have never heard that an older woman is less able to deliver a baby because her "bones are harder".
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!!
Great advice

I have a mc Donald cerclage. I’m getting it removed tomorrow morning. I’m going on 37 weeks. I had my son at 31+5 due to my cervix dilating too soon. I don’t know if I’ll go into active labor tomorrow or not lol I’ve never experienced this before. They haven’t even checked to see if I’m funneling because all they care about is that the stitch is still intact and I’m not full on contracting yet lol. I’m kind of in the dark until tomorrow. If you know any stories about cerclages could you share some? Thank you!
Hi there 😊,
actually, so far, we have never met a woman with a cerclage who went straight into labor after having it removed.
Still, we hope this helps you a little! 😊

Hi there 😊,
actually, at the practice, we do sometimes start with these preparations earlier, if an induction is booked for medical reasons (with "preparation" I mean the preparation of the cervix, not the induction of labor).
We would not start earlier than week 36 though, except from doing birth ball exercises....

Hi there Jennifer 😊,
we know that many women panic when their cervix is still closed in week 39 or even 40.
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!!

Hi! What type of magnesium is needed?
Hi there Devin 😊,
most health authorities either recommend magnesium citrate or chloride in case of pregnancies because both can be absorbed more easily by the body compared to other forms.
Please also make sure that you stay within the doses that are being recommended by health authorities (or even better: by your doctor) because too much magnesium can not only cause the opposite of what we try to do here. Too much magnesium can also cause diarrhea...

I am 4 cm almost 1 week . And still I am still stuck at 4 cm . Can you help me on how to dilate faster? What should I do ?
Hi there 😊,
the only thing that will (normally) help you dilate faster at this point, are contractions.
Not sure how far along you are right now. However, if you are currently less than 40 weeks pregnant, we can only recommend leaning back and relax. 😊 4cm dilation before labor has even started is awesome! It will (normally) make things so much easier for you once you are in labor...

Also can u tell what's the ideal Baby weight for natural delivery.
Many say it's 2.5 -3.1kg...
Is it true ?
Hi again 😊
It is very difficult to say which weight is ideal in general.
@@MS-ew2uq Normally, it's not a problem to deliver a baby of 3kg or more. More important is the position of the baby in the womb... ;-)

So, lean back, try to relax and trust that your body is preparing for labor! 😊 I am sure that your labor will soon start and then you will finally meet that little baby! 🥰
We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hello, I was in pain so went to the hospital, but after they checked they said I am having mild contractions, but have not dilated, and no affacement. So I should go home but walk briskly and try to have sex. Please any other tips to help me, because the pain comes and goes
Hi there 😊,
okay, in that case, if you had at least some contractions, then what can work really well is nipple stimulation.
And of course, you can also support this process with acupressure and reflexology, as we teach in this video: th-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/w-d-xo.html
We hope this helps! 😊
@@CareAboutLittleOnes yes, and I tried n got the birthing ball, so will add that exercise to as u have shown. Thank you very much and wish me the best
I have just entered my 32nd week today. This is my first pregnancy and I have been pretty much irregular with my exercises. Also my husband is away. Is it possible for me to have natural labour and give birth naturally.
Yes. It's not too late to get active.
Hi there Emilina 😊,
yes absolutely!! As Averi Watkins already said, it is never to late to get active. Besides, irregular exercise means that you did at least SOME exercising - which is great!
So, don't worry! Get active now and benefit from it when you are in labor! 😊
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Please am in 37weeks am feeling contraction but i Saw watery discharge n i went to see my doc but he asked me to insert something n it stopped n i Saw it again
Hi there 😘,
in that case, please do talk with your OB again! There is no way to stop the water if your water indeed broke.
So, please don't hesitate to talk with your OB. Thank you!
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes Amen... But is not water I saw is white watery discharge
@@funmilayoolaire1206 Please note that at this stage of your pregnancy, you will most likely see all kinds of discharge.
So, if it wasn't water, what did your doctor say it is - given that they found it necessary to insert something that stops it?
@@CareAboutLittleOnes yes, when I told my doc he said I should insert something after that it stopped after some days I see it again... He even said I should buy one drug but I haven't bought it
@@CareAboutLittleOnes as I was chatting with you now I am even feeling little contraction
I was so annoyed when Catherine said there were no spots left available on the birthing classes. I felt that nobody cared in the public sector of the hospital. Not as caring as the fertility clinic at all. I was left to suffer and they knew I was high risk pregnancy from fertility treatment. I was told I was a wuss for even feeling pain. 😔

I'm in 38 week 5 days.. baby is in cephalic position.. placenta: posterior
but my doctor said cervix is not open.. what I'll I do for cervix opening..?? Pray for my praganancy
Hi there 😊,
please note that there is really no reason for you to worry! Once your contractions start, they will take care of your dilation! 😊
The most important thing at this point is that your baby is cephalic and that your cervix is getting soft. Everything else is just a matter of time!
In the meantime, we give you lots of tips on our channel on how to help your body dilate, like in the video on "how to dilate faster" that you just watched...

After that daily after urination I feel some sticky mucus coming out which is red in colour
Is it normal madam
Or should I go to doctor??
Hi there 😘,
we would definitely see a doctor in that case! It does not need to be anything serious. But it is important that someone looks at it!
We hope this helps! 😊

having first c- section, is it possible to have 2nd normal drlivery? i am 2.5 cm already dialeted at 37 week. c_ section were done before 2.5 year.
Hi there 😊,
in general, it is certainly possible to have a normal delivery. Many women do that after a C-section. However, whether or not it is possible in your particular case depends on many factors, for example, the thickness of the uterine scar.
Here is a video that you could find helpful: th-cam.com/video/-re1_KCgKWI/w-d-xo.html

This would have been ideal for me. The drugs they gave me were not working properly. I wish they were with me.

I’m 38 week pregnant but no labour pain what should I do pls suggest
Hi there 😊,
have you already watched all of our videos on dilation? In those videos, we explain why dilation is not everything and why you don't necessarily need to be dilated before labor starts...
Moreover, birth ball exercises could help (th-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/w-d-xo.html)
On top of that, the right sitting position can also support the whole process (th-cam.com/video/K5uxfr0YJ_E/w-d-xo.html)
We really hope this helps! 😊

Hi , I am overdue my date still my baby has not fixed his head. Please help me
Hi there 😊,
please note that sometimes, babies only engage hours before labor starts or even afterwards, particularly, if this is your second.
That said, we did record a video to help baby engage in the pelvis: you can find it here: th-cam.com/video/A8_JTWASGHw/w-d-xo.html
We hope this helps! 😊

Thank you so much for this video link, I don't have a birthing ball, nor is my baby's father around for us to use sex as one of our solution, but I do masterbate once in a while and I hope it also can help, I do walk and sometimes do steeps clamping. I hope it helps though am not seeing anything yet and u said 37-40 weeks is normal. I downloaded your pdf, thanks guys for you videos
Hi there 😊,
you are MOST WELCOME! 😊
And please don't worry!
😊
Am now 43 weeks but no signs

Eat 6 dates daily..
Castor oil is not safe.
I’m 38 weeks, -2 station, 3.5cm length of cervix, is closed. nulliparous. Can these help? I’m very much worried. I’m obese too
Hi there 😊,
please note that at this point, there is no reason for you to be worried! At 38 weeks, we focus on softening your cervix. Dilation comes usually later. In fact, sometimes, it only comes AFTER labor has started (your contractions will take care of it).
So, don't be worried just yet! 😊
And yes, these tips can help. And since your baby is not yet engaged, there is also something else that could help: th-cam.com/video/A8_JTWASGHw/w-d-xo.html
We hope this helps! 😊
