The OnePlus 7 is worth it because of the software, and the updates that come with it. Redmi, Xiaomi, Asus, whatever, Android phones don't struggle hardware wise the software is often shit.
But not so for OnePlus.
Rightly said! The UI makes contributes to the user experience largely and that's why I choose OnePlus over the others!
Xiaomi actually are pretty okay with updates. I have a Redmi Note 5 and it's been updated regularly. Btw I also purchased OnePlus 7 and will be waiting for it.

@@Rahat2995 A compact flagship used to be Sony's area of the market. The last one they made was the XZ2 Compact at 5" with small-but-not-2019-small bezels. I consider any phone smaller than 70mm wide to be a compact.

Actually, the more straightforward nature of the 1+7 makes it more appealing to me than the pro.

@@viktordurecko8591 i would prefer a70 bigger battery and slightly better cameras but overall not much off a difference.
Can we talk about the biggest improvement over the 6t is USB 3.1? As a content creator it'll make transferring any files into it's massive storage of 256 GB so much faster. The fingerprint reader is a little bigger and faster. You get a little stereo action with the earpiece acting as a leftside firing speaker.
But really the only reason I turned away from the 6t was it's USB 2.0 and made me look at other midrange phones. Also not a fan of the 7 pro's pop up camera.

Op7 was the last flagship killer by OnePlus.... every thing else was offered at flagship price only.....i bought mine in june 2019 and i have used it extensively for social media and gaming and it has never disappointed me ....sure a 90fps panel would be welcome but at the price it was the best possible deal....i hope it'll last 2-3 years more with routine service, like a new battery perhaps....i notice battery drains a bit more quickly than it used to
its 2021 march,, and believe me everyone has forgotten what a gem 7 is.. going to buy it used in $250

Also if you max out the display of 7 Pro (1440p + 90Hz) which I believe you should when you've paid for it, the 7 gets more hours of screen on time despite the smaller battery :)

Have been using it for past 2 years. And still great and snappy. Buying a new phone doesn't even cross my mind. I don't really need those extra features on pro.
Even on the newer pro.
The phone isn't laggy. Emails, documents pdf, browsing, decent photos, casual gaming now and then. The phone never hangs.
Dropped it about 12-15 times. Broke 5 tempered glasses. Have cracked the 6th one too.
Been using for a month and it's performance has been smooth and silky

FRODO SWAGGINS yes but the s10 has wireless charging and the battery will last the whole day. Unless you drop down to 60hz for the pro the battery will last you only a couple of hours depending on what you use the phone for

So when I see the one plus pro without it I’m like wait, isn’t wireless charging suppose to be this big thing? Right now I have the iPhone 6s plus but I want to upgrade. @@superstealth385 na not much it's the best phone ever used battery capacity is too less also due to having best display it consume more of battery but processor is battery efficient also phone need to be charged twice in a day if you play pubg for 6hr or more
But it's not a big issue 50% of battery can be charged within 20mins and 1hr for 100% charging u can charge while using phone 😂😂 it takes 1.5hr if you charge the phone while playing pubg

OnePlus 7 has just One main sensor of 48 MP and 2nd one is just for depth(Portrait) . Not a 2x Zoom..
Heck, the OnePlus 7 pro has 2.2x 12mp zoom lens. They digitally zoom to make it 3x

I have been using it for 4 years and 8 months now (bought it at launch) and it's still going strong with a day's worth of battery life, fast charging from the original charger I got in the box, and no major performance lag. I want to stretch it to at least 5 years if not more. Let's see!
