Excuse = "Given that 'excuse' is a reality, what's your plan to deliver anyway? "
You're so brilliant, Cy. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. God bless you 😇

I have used some of these practices for a while and find success in application of non standard techniques...With my teams, I use several versions of what you were discussing today. Your programs validate many of my techniques and offer some insights into different applicastions

Love that you're already practicing some of this stuff and that it gave you some new ideas, too.

Lol, narrow minded. You have to think bigger and take what a rep is saying to you. Hear what they say and rather than turn it around on the team member act like a leader.
As a leader, to overcome excuses it’s about what can you do to help overcome excuses.. That’s a real leader does. They build their people. Sit down, work through the problem,, help them, teach them. That’s a leader.

Very narrow minded. This is how you lose a good team.

So unpractical mind games it's trying to get 8 hrs of work in 3 hrs not good for practical it would anger most if they were approached in some of those lines bull
