Cornering with my adventure bike - on a short exercise track - and explaining how

This is the third part of a mini video series about riding on a technical training track.
I am riding and explaining why and how I ride this trail. This is not a tutorial for beginners, neither some riding basics technical explanation.
I am showing the track and talking about the difficulties of the specific parts of the track. How I ride, what am I focusing about, how I prepare mentally for the few seconds of the actions where I need to execute many technical fine movements simultaneously at the same time.
