LoL. Most on here commented without even listening to the clinicians commentary. 1- What was removed was composite built-up previous to this session 2- No water at 3.44 because it was getting on the camera, and 3- Simple simplicity techniques work on unrestored teeth with a firm structure that will support a purely cosmetic prosthesis; this dentition falls short of the criteria.
Excellent veneers and preps were great.
Thank you, I hate when people don't listen or read!!! Read, listen and comprehend people!
Geez, at first I thought, WTF??THER ALREADY PERFECT!!!
Then I realized he was removing a temporary resin...
same i thought wtf LOL
Same here!! I usually watch these with no sound
But let us admit...those were very nice composite build ups.
Best dentistry I've seen online so far. I would work with him...and that's a compliment.
Damn I wanted to get, this, done soon. But after seeing this im ok. My teeth are very nice looking already
Excelentes los videos, se observa la delicadeza, exactitud, precisión del procedimiento. Son muy didácticos y permiten poner en práctica las diferentes técnicas.
Perfect Preparation
Very good and funny videos bring a great sense of entertainment!
He did not cut through the teeth in the begining, he cut through a material that was build in a way to simulate the final result for the pat to be able to judge
His teeth were perfect before!!!!!
What was removed was the composite resin that was added by the dentist beforehand.
the procedure has not finished yet in this video.
after that, there is an impression, then the veneer will be made according to the impression.
do you think that this is it ?
Eddie is it hurt i want to fix my front teeth but i scared when i watched this
I imagine there will be a lot of pain afterwards I’m not sure I could go through with this I need to though
shut up dude
Too much dry prepping for my taste. and why prep the provisionals?
+Lovegear Whole lot of heat diffusing to that pulp. :/
Informative video. I wish you also had a few seconds of the soft tissue laser at work, too.
There seem to have been some white spot lesions on the Enamel. Some patients would not care about it at all, but others are aesthetically more demanding. In such cases , if the patient desires ideal aesthetics, the veneers can be given...
Do not let anyone do this to your teeth! Check out Smile Simplicity. No shots, no pain and no cutting of my natural teeth. It's painful just to watch this.
Why
That guy already had nice teeth why...???
it was a mock up
Hlo sir, nice work sir..i wanted to ask how much was the palatal reduction done ?Do we have to consider anything other than incisal clearence while reducing palatally?
the video doesnt show how teeth looked like before the procedure started, what he was removing was plastic material attached to the teeth.
Thanks
I wonder why did the dentist made reduction on the tooth mock up..why not dirctly to the tooth. Then he removee the restorations.
because the reduction for the veneer should be about 0.5 mm, and that was guided by the first bur, this is the standard preperation, but in this case, because this teeth had composite fillings, the dentist could deepen the preperation ( he used the space that was made by those fillings )
and he could not remove it directly, because it is hard to distiguish between the compiste and tooth structure sometimes, so he used the manual way .
he did it on the mock up to check for clearance. he wanted to know how much enamel had to be removed to achieve proper clearance for the material
Right answer
Sir please recomend me book that i can study regarding veneer and also aestheyic improving procedures regards
OMG , she had amazing teeth before this procedure....
That was a composite mockup not her original teeth..she had gap between the teeth..its okay you didnt know but think before being disrespectful to others
Dolceina H please pay attention to the clinical commentary.. don't jump into conclusions... the patient had composite mock ups.. those weren't her natural teeth.
no she didnt that was a composite mock up , to show pt how it will look like but its temporary
Sir anodoncya problem how solve
He already have good teeth
What lab created these beautiful veneers?
thanx
are u under anesthesia during this procedure ?
yes
Where to buy brasseler burs here in the Philippines?
Wait so they leave that string in there forever? Isn't that unhealthy? Why?
No they don't, the cord is always removed. When they switch scenes (9:17), you can see they have removed it.
Patient already have nice looking teeth why he wanted to do veneers
It was not his teeth, what you see in the end is his real teeth, they removed the semi permanent ones to attach the permanent ones.
is it hurt i afraid to do it
Why they have to ruin their perfect natural teeth?
is it painful ?
What kind of camera did you use to film?
Was there any shortage of water 3.44 onwards? it looked like a flour mill
a al pieza le falta agua, no importa si solo esta tallando la resina o porcelana
the teeth were fine before.
it was mock-up i suppose not teeth :)
COME ON ! the procedure has not finished yet !!
there is an impression after that ! then the veneer will be made !
I think you are not dentists
you must put into a dark room and the in the deeper sea
Rocca Montorsoli
As a dentist I am saddened by this video and by the apparent endorsement by a company.
+Martin Fallowfield You should be. You people are the only people in the medical profession where the medicine went backwards! Terrible. Thieves!
I really hope your not the same martin fallowfield from the BDA, because if you are I wouldn't preach ethics lool
wow......

The teeth before was much beautiful

That's what I was thinking lol.

وع خربتوهم
What a racket.
oh my freaking eww !
his teeth look better before the operation
I wonder why did the dentist made reduction on the tooth mock up..why not dirctly to the tooth. Then he removee the restorations.
Did the build up to ideal, and then reduced from there so it was all equal. So after the depth cuts and reduction, some teeth ended up being reduced a little bit. Some still had composite, so they didn't get reduced at all on the front (just between teeth and to make the margin near the gingiva) - as in, there was already enough space to add the vaneer in front and have it be lined up without having to reduce some of the specific teeth.
