The person has a form of dental anomaly known as enamel hypoplasia where as you can clearly see, the teeth is of various colors, depicted by areas of increased/decreased mineralization and streaks. The most conservative treatment available for this condition is veneers. How about you educate yourself abit before throwing absurd assumptions?
