patient age 21 and I planned for ortho aligner too for this case in nemocast.. the transpalatal width of the maxilla is less and the tooth size is also small. if I do ortho for the space management again it will constrict the arch and it will create negative space in the corner of mouth (buccal corridor) and the lip support is also get affected.. done all digital simulations in nemostudio software and came to a final treatment plan for veneers.. thanks for expressing your opinion😊
As @imtyping1187 stated, the first picture shows the mock-up, which is a temporary treatment simulation. The real before-after picture is at 6'51". The spacing is natural and the incisors were partially reconstructed in composite. There were definitively enough indications, since the preparation on laterals and canines was minimal.

I regularly use this method for my veneer cases. I apply flowable composite with a microbrush, and I can assure you it won’t damage the glass ceramic. The composite resin can be easily cleaned from the glazed ceramic without leaving residue. If any scratches or roughness occur, you can polish the area using a glass ceramic polishing kit. After veneer cementation, the cervical margins are finished with a burr and polished to match the glazed ceramic. The polishing kit is efficient enough to provide a smooth finish, so there’s no need to worry.
Hi, Temporisation is mandatory after veneer preparation a small movement in prepared tooth affect the seating of veneers.. the mock up index is used for temporisation.. you can follow the below link to know more.. th-cam.com/video/lObO24XJlyU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=rmBT0CiqCKDplUFD
A temporary is mandatory for all veneer cases, as even small tooth movements can affect the fit of the veneers. Before starting, we either do a mock-up using wax or a digital mock-up. An index of the mock-up is taken, and the preparation is immediately provisionalized after making the final impression. This step is essential.
Very neatly done with proper usage of day to day materials that are available in clinic ,in an economical way,Great
Glad you liked it!
This person didn't need veneers. That's all I kept thinking through this video.
She has multiple spacing, the first pict is the mock-up

I never splash the HF with triple syringe. It’s very dangerous!

Loved the video. Great use of the dental dam
Glad you liked it!
Great tec
Amazing! Color and shape look so natural. With time, How do you maintain the color of your normal teeth to match with the color of the veneers?
The veneers are made up of lithiumdisilicate. since it's a glass ceramic it has chameleon effect.
I thought in diastemas you should also do lingual overlap
What did you adhesive microbrush and veneer? And how did you the microbrush remove? Did veneer’s glaze damaged?
Same question

@@Prosthodontricks Thank you for your answer. It's benefit for me.
Which depth burs should be use
Mani burs
DM 303 or DM305
The incisal reduction was not shown. You need to show the amount of incisal clearance when preps are finished.
❤
