that's why they also bring CB650, CBR 500, CB300 and CB 125...experienced riders deserve their ride too... and tbh it's the less powerfull of ALL liter naked (and i tested all of them).
It’s year 2021 and Australia is not getting this years model because of covid19 manufacturing disruption. Sooo...I called around Australia Honda dealers and purchased a brand new 2018 cb 1000r still on the showroom floor...saved $4000 and it’s a Virgin. Propa stoked and ready for some custom work.
DriveMag Riders - Obviously the presenter was going to be falling in love with the Candy Red Honda. . It's obvious from wearing that Red G-Shock watch.. In 1983 dealer un-boxed my Candy Red CB650SC.. "Love at first Ride".
Can this be a good first(starter) bike ? I was looking at the CB650F but this one is stunning. I'm thinking riding it in "rain mode" will make it more beginner friendly...... What do you think?
it's an easy bike BUT i wouldn't recommand a 143hp bike as a starter. Rain mode will help but it's utopic and if you're honest with yourself, you know you'll try sportmode probably the same day you'll buy it and won't leave it after that because temptation is way too high and it's normal we all would do the same. If i were you i'd stick to the CB650 which is already an awesome and funny bike that will forgive most of beginner mistakes...a 143hp bike won't. According to me, best beginner's bikes are : Honda CB650, Yamaha MT07, Street Triple 765 S, R or RS, Kawasaki Z900 & Suzuki Gsxs 750. Keep them 2 years and then consider liter bikes. That is the best piece of advice i could give you. V
I wish I could buy my bike from the distributor and unbox it myself without having to go through a dealer. I would open the door before running the engine though.
Same here, that's pure marketing and quite useless under 160hp for 99% of common bikes tbh. I'm riding a CBR 954 RR (155hp) for 15years now (track + road) and the only electronic i have is fuel injection and a digital clock...never had a single issue and not a single fall... I would state 2 exceptions with the Yamaha MT 10 and the KTM 1290 Superduke R which are bikes who really need e-assists to be safe regarding their way to deliver their power (Yam' CP4) and/or their amazing torque (1290 SD R).
frumos.. dar nu se compara nici pe departe cu triumph speed triple 1050 ! honda iar fenteaza clientii cu acelasi motor din 2006 :)) cum au facut si cu cb1100ex s-au dus in cap vanzarile.
I like it a lot, it was pretty cool to irl but is it rally a new frame? From what I understand it is the same style of frame as the old one ie with only one sweeping beam like a spine so to speak. If it is very similar or almost identical then I would still try to get the old cb1000r and try to make the bike Honda teased us with, the biking faring retro looking one that stole my breath away :P
A secret source told me that Honda is coming out with a 600cc version of this cafe racer. Anybody else hear anything about this? Other than this dude telling me, I haven’t heard or seen anything.
JACQ VARRA I apologize, I just think it's a stupid question. The bike probably goes like 155 or something how important is that information do you plan on going 155+? With no windshield? Wrong bike to be doing top speed runs on. Buy a Busa if 150 isn't enough.
TBH, if you’re concerned about top speed on a bike like this then it probably isn’t for you. Top speed is academic. That’s not what these type of bikes are about at all. It has 140ish BHP so it’s going to be a very quick ‘street bike’. If you want ‘top speed’ you need to be looking at Fireblade videos.
Anything that says 'Made In Japan' means GOD level Quality
Bajaj discovery👍
Indeed 😂
@Michael Moretti yeah the bigger ones are crafted in japan.
Mother of God!!! My dream bike right there. You guys are so lucky.
When Honda finally made a beautiful bike
Honda again delivers a sweet bike with power to weight ratio far in excess of most riders abilities.
that's why they also bring CB650, CBR 500, CB300 and CB 125...experienced riders deserve their ride too... and tbh it's the less powerfull of ALL liter naked (and i tested all of them).
I like it a lot! The design + it's a Honda, it's a clear winner!
Back seat and pillion footrests are both too high, needs a flat seat and low pillion footrests.
That's a great looking bike. Wish it was available when I was shopping for one a few months ago.
Chris Davis Trade in.. or just can't have one motorcycle just need larger garage. .::)
I fell in love with the bike the moment I saw the first pics.
Sang Eeth So did I but I test rode one I didn't like it...sticking with my 2016 Z1000

Great garage
That bike is pretty much built already so then why are dealerships charging so much for “handling fees”?
Very nice bike
Remove the plastic before starting the engine or it can be long day 😎
No kidding. Brand spanking new and he fires it up with plastic on the exhaust pipe.
Bike Freak lol
I think it's his first day at new job
You are nitpicking without a good reason!
Is this coming to good old USA?
So TVS zeppeline got some inspirations from it.

Jay _ That would be like two Christmases in one... Do it ..!
Really cool bike...🔥🔥🔥
I have never had these systems om any of my bikes and they have been from 110-190 hp
Same here, that's pure marketing and quite useless under 160hp for 99% of common bikes tbh.

MT-09 by Honda
Except it's a litre engine and four cylinders... Closer to the MT10
look like bmw R nine T
Fatin Aimar always liked the r90t, but I like this one better :)
Gorgeous bike but the engine is very old, why couldn't they just put in a detuned version of the latest Fireblade engine.
Cat costa?

For me ugly
Lame host review. Very boring.
ducati diavel copy
Errr. not at all. Are you watching the same video?
cheaply made.
cheap front suspension
cheap brakes
cheap rear shock
You own one? And I doubt it's cheaply made since Honda is known for reliability and quality
I wouldn't use such poor comment for a high quality made motorcycle. There's a reason the phrase "Honda quality" exist :)
Alexis Padilla It's expensive
