I would say to anyone that is really in to fragrances, keep them even if it feels overdone or boring now. Times and formulations change, and 5, 10 years from now you may wish to own your fragrances from yester-year. I regret giving away or donating my original Chanel and Theirry Mugler. Even my cheapies from back in the day are now super expensive to get the original again. So unless it gives you a headache, and you have the room, keep it, imo.
I worked for Clinique in 2005-2006 and Aromatics Elixir was the #1 selling fragrance company-wide even when Clinique Happy was blowing up, so there is something in there that people really do love!

I think LVEB and Si have a similar vibe too, I enjoy both and have previously had them as my signature scents (many years ago). Nowadays, sometimes I think I really enjoy LVEB, but other times I think it’s too sharp and bright. Si is lovely, if I hadn’t already had it as a signature scent I would have it in my collection. You should do a niche version you'd recommend instead of the designer. My biggest find this year was moving from Terre d'hermes to sultan vetiver Nishane
I agree with you especially Gucci Premiere and Gucci by Gucci ( even though I love other Gucci perfumes!) but I still see some allure in Gucci Rush , Bright Crystal lasts 15 mins on me -very '' cool/ozonic '' scent but you're right it is like flower water with 1 maybe red floating fruit ;) Parisienne is a lovely fresh chic flowery scent.

Woah, this was a rogues gallery of perfumes that either smell like scented baby wipes or a spring time edition of Bathroom Duck! As for giving someone Diesel Only The Brave... that's disgraceful. No one over the age of 15 should wear that in a built-up area. Age has clearly added some perspective to your perfume choices. I actually don't mind Bleu de Channel. I think it is a bit generic in nature, but it's OK. I feel that much of the issue here is that "designer" fragrances tend to stick to formulations that are broad church in their appeal. Consequently, there is nothing of note, or to challenge the wearer, so they can be a little flat and unmemorable.
Yeah I kind of agree, but I dont mind a generic to be honest we all need those in our collections It was nice to read you, thanks for sharing your opinions here !
