I’m still quite young myself, but as another year goes by I really become more invested into looking after myself. Health becomes more important the older we get. So I can only imagine how scary it’s been for you. Courage, my dear! A person is always alone, the sooner ones realizes that, the better, even within the family. So, one has to work on his/her mental health mostly. Healthy lifestyle is fine, but it is a bit difficult in today’s reality and depends on perceptions. What I find important is always stay alert and occupied and exercise your mind, be it through languages, maths equations, even sudoku. Stay healthy, stay focused- we love you Clemence!

Guerlain Vetiver is such a beauty! It's exactly what you said, effortless class and elegance. And very versatile too. It's my go to fragrance when I don't wanna think too much. Very refreshing. That vetiver note is to die for. Probably the best vetiver ever created.
