Thanks, I was afraid that it would lose settings if I changed the battery so I put it off for awhile but you explained that if you replace the batteries within two minutes, resetting would be unnecessary. Just the info I needed. Be safe.

How do I reset? I changed batteries. all the i’m seeing on the face of thermostat is the year “2021” at top and “select” down below on right thank you. Very good video. Short and to the point

If you want to reset, just remove the batteries for more then 2 minutes and once u install the batteries again(after 2 mins) time & day you have to reset again. All other settings are permanently stored in memory and do not require battery power.

Sorry for late response.
Try to reset it. It should fix the problem.
1. Pull the batteries.
2.Insert the batteries backward, so that the negative pole lines up with the positive terminal. Leave the batteries placed backward for at least five seconds.
3.Remove the batteries and put them back in the correct way, then close the battery door. The display will turn on. The thermostat is now reset.
Or
If you pull out batteries and wait for sometime it will automatically reset.
