How To Live For Yourself As A Gifted Person

  • Many gifted people spend an exceptional amount of time focused on other people. It's time to focus on your own main quest and what it is you want to achieve for yourself.
    #gifted #giftedness #peoplepleasing
You enter a forest. Who's forest? Why are you here? As you walk through the narrow paths and try not to stumble over the vines, you realize there's something eerily familiar about this place. You've been here before. Many times. And then it hits you. The realization. You're inside your own mindscape. This is how it looks inside your own head.
But you've never seen it like this before. Never been a simple wanderer passing through, trying to find the way. In the past, you were always the individual thoughts, the trees, always a different one, never more than a few at a time. You recognize many of these trees.
Some trees are your worries and concerns and fears. Some are frustrations and things that upset you. Some are shame, and regret. Things you wish had gone differently. Here's both the past and the future, at least, what you think could, or might happen. But looking at this forest, you are hit by a wave of perspective. You are all of these things, not any individual thought, but all thoughts, at the same time. You're both joys and sorrows, dreams and fears. All those inner conflicts were just you all along, thinking, with yourself.

Ty. Lost my Gf/job and family support once I found out I'm gifted. Been in denial of being gifted. Never been so low in my life and alone. Thank you for these videos at such a difficult time. I'm hopeful from your advice.

    Nice landscape ! 🌲🌳
We also have our own needs, our own problems, It's very important to think to ourselves first, we lost ourselves, energy and health by being too much available for others.
I realized I have a quest/mission 1 year ago. I decided to think to myself first, to stop trying to find my place in society, to stop stressing, and It's the best decision that I made. I always did it all my life : help people 1 to 1 whenever the opportunity arose. I always felt concerned by the whole, and to be helpful.
I have always had the reverse effect : other people think I am stupid, naive, incompetent, and that I don't have the skills, they always want me to bring poofs of my competences. I learn by doing, self-taught, and the standard procedures doesn't correspond to my learning way and style.
I am better where I am now, and I do what I want ^^
We help other, but who help us ? No one or very few persons.
Thank a lot for this channel
