    Why would you want to always pair a power exercise after a strength exercise like you are saying - wouldn’t it be better to use a light weight and move it fast to try stimulate the post activation potentiation …?

      PAP occurs after heavy strength exercise typically. Can also use plyometrics. Don't have to pair any exercises but if you do, there should be a good reason for it
