Hey... I have a request... I was asked to play Hallelujah from Leonard Cohen at a Christmas show... Can it be done in open G? Chords: C - Am - G - F - E7
I can't quite get it to work, especially with the E7
Maybe with a capo?
I think it would become a bit of a project to do it in open-G. Don't let me stop you, but....
@@jkehew1 haha, I'm glad you said that :-) I've been practicing it in standard tuning. Can you think of a different open tuning that could accommodate those chords? I'm just strumming it, can't really finger pick anyway.

Why make it hard using shapes.. your in open tuning man... enjoy the benefits 👉One finger power chords... Also don't forget the Keith Richards Style.. throw away the low 6th string.. I like making every thing easy 😎🎶

better try DBGDBG, or better CAFCAF, even a half tone lower. You will be surprise how easy can get chords.
