Turned out great. I’m working on an 81cb650c now. Lol along with three other builds (those are on my channel) Taken me years to make no progress and this cb is the most recent only a couple days old to me. Lost go pro memory card so no videos on her yet….. yet lol
Thanks. I’ll have to check out your vids. I definitely know what you mean years and no progress lol I have a 83 goldwing I started years ago. Some times life gets in the way haha
Really awesome bike brother. I am starting a chopper shop called Iron Horse Customs out her in King of Prussia Pa. My third bike I am building is a cb750 with eight inch up and out. I have slash cut pipes and that is it so far. Really looking forward to a classic build such as this as well as yours. Get in touch sometime if you are ever in the neighborhood.
jimmy popp thanks man. I really enjoyed building this bike. I’m working on a 83 goldwing right now. Good luck with your shop. You have a website or anything I’d be interested in seeing your builds
@@bruedtv I am still in the beginning phases of the shop. I have no shop public shop space yet and no web site but I found the guy that can do it and I am looking for shop space in King of Prussia or Philadelphia possibly Boyertown. I have to test where the loyalties lie.The sho will have a decent amount of space to work on rigs. It will have a keg on tap for the old timers and everyone who hangs out 24/7. Definitely a stripper pole or two for kicks and a killer little lounge like a tattoo parlor thing. Find me on facebook, jimmy popp, parkerford and friend request. Did you say you were near here?
@@bruedtv You will have to make a trip down eh? sounds great. I have a cb750 chopper on the lift right now. I have a 4 cylinder kz750 bobber and an xs650 that i do not know what it will become. right now it is a motocross bike. look me up on facebook. jimmy popp parkerford pa.
There is no such thing as a "suicide shift." That is a jockey, or hand shift. The "suicide" part refers to the foot clutch. Anyway, nice bike! You did a great job.
Oh ok, good to know. I thought suicide shift was just another name for it. Thank you! I changed it a bit over winter. Hoping to get it out for a ride soon
Alfie Henson I got busy and kinda forgot about it. I’ll try and get it edited and post it soon. Sorry for the wait and thanks for the comment. I need more of this for motivation haha
I don’t rightfully remember the number. If I recall correctly the main jet was a 110 which I used for the idle jet and I use the main jet from a 83 goldwing ( I think was a 140) for the main jet on this bike. I believe I say what I used in one of my videos
Dude this is rad! I just got a 1980 cb 750f I want to do a bobber. I'm stoked to see how well this turned out!
Thanks man. Was supper fun building it. Good luck with your build, would love to see it when it’s done
