My husband and i got into a bit of a quarrel the other day as we stood in the kitchen and the kitty jumped on the counter top, something she had never done before, so she can be right next to us and started meowing really loud in our face as if to tell us to stop it and that she's not liking that. It made us chuckle and broke the tension. Well played kitty. When we stopped she jumped down rubbed herself on our legs and went back to hunting her feather toy. She's so young and so sweet.

I 100% believe that cats can tune into spiritual things. I lived in a haunted house and I believe our cat witnessed more crazy stuff than we did, he saw things we couldn’t see. We had the house blessed by a local First Nations shaman, the cat (who was normally not into strangers) followed him around the entire house. He walked beside the shaman’s right leg, stopping when he stopped, looking up at him. I’d never seen him do anything like that before. Afterwards when we were talking to the shaman, he told us that our cat was a strong spiritual guardian and he had been protecting us from the negativity in the house. Say what you want, I know it all sounds seriously hokey, but that cat was special. He wasn’t affectionate or cuddly (in fact he didn’t like being touched), but he had a job to do and he got that job DONE.

I believe they are protectors and defenders to everything unseen by us. I also believe they can heal or ward off bad energy. I have myself noticed a difference to having cats, and now not having them. I really miss them!
2 of my cats I know took on something evil for me. Thet sacrificed their lives for me by absorbing whatever was sent to me. Both of my cats died a day apart after suspicious activity. In fact one of my cats was napping right next to me on my bed in evening and was spooked and jumped on top of my headboard and was literally scratching and attacking my window which is on second floor. There was nothing there, at least what my eyes could see!
Wow! The chances of this popping up today! I have a female cat since she was 1 and pregnant when we took her in off the streets. She's now 14.
I had a very emotional morning yesterday. Alot of things piled in at once and I broke down crying. Really crying... Sitting in bed covered my face and this sweet girl came in , jumped up on my bed and she cood at me like a pigeon like she usually does but started to lick me as she did. pacing back and forth between me and my nightstand nudging me even climbing up on me which she never does and putting her head against my hands as I cried. then that's when I realized she was trying to comfort me. She knew I was upset and this was the only way she knew how to console me. I pet her and told her it's okay Mama I'm okay just to put her at ease help me calm down because now I was worried about her. It took my mind off of my sadness because now I wanted to make sure she was okay. I thanked her and gave her lots of love. I'm very grateful to her. Are male cat we had for 19 years who we lost this past October did the same for me. It seems like she took over his job to Watch Over Me. Love them dearly.

Thanks for sharing. Everyone I know who has cats - including us - has their kitties comfort them when they're sick or sad, all the time. Cats have this subtle healing energy. And cats get us 💕 When a cat loves you, you can be sure it's real.
My cat can predict my epileptic grand mal seizures. He will start to scream like crazy and insist I come to bed. I didn't belive him once, in the early days, and ended up falling down in the hallway hitting my head. You should have seen his "told ya"-face afterward lol! When I feel really bad/ill/sick he comes checking on me and will stay until he is convinced I'm ok. He almost attacked my physiotherapist once, growling like a pitbull, because he tought she was hurting me! ^_^
Edit: When it comes to emotional stuff though, he won't deal with me... he avoids it like the plage lol. Maybe because he knows it's not life threatening. My other cat though will cuddle and comfort me when I am sad, but he is too afraid to deal with dangerous sitiations. Together they are the perfect team! ;)

Cats can 100% help with negative energies, negative energies doesn’t just mean evil spirits, it can be as simple as psychological feelings of anger, depression and anxiety, let a cat sit with you and as they go to sleep. When i unknowingly acquired my feline boy Nino I had zero love for cats i only respected them as a living organism. Ultimately the person who left him in my care for "two weeks" never came back for him. I was naive and didnt really see the whole picture and knew he was abandoned until about 2 months later lol. He was 6 months when he came to my home and now hes 8yrs old. Taught him being a savage wasnt his best option he would attack me for just petting him, taught him to walk, how to eat, etc. He taught me how to be a better person. How to be more organized even how to be less angry. Hes a smooth legit tuxedo kitty and im glad he got abandoned to me.

I think cats can help with negative energy but it depends where it comes from. Also cats have different personalities and some cats are very smart and like to watch their owners and follow them everywhere. This type of cats at least they’re giving their owners a peaceful feeling which can help elements some negative thoughts and decrease some of the negative energy.

Agreed, I had a Substance Abuse problem and the moment I walked in the door. Nice Kitty would look at me and KNOW I was not being the person that took him in years earlier. I am a Alpha Male, Ex-Infantry 5' 11, 200 lbs., Leo kind of guy and never really a cat person. But back when I was living in the middle of no where, Nice Kitty was abandoned and "found" me in my A-Frame circa early February 2007. I took him in and got plenty advice from a bonified Cat Lady and other women at work. I vowed to never leave him behind and I type this comment with tears. He was euthanized just over 11 months ago and I buried him in a co-workers yard. People ask me if I will get another cat and my answer is no. Cats and other animals obviously have increased senses and I believe can see various dimensions and other dynamics We Cannot view or perceive. RIP little fury buddy and I will Always Miss you.

I rescued my cat a year ago was trapped in a sealing vent as soon as it heard the door open in the office where the vent was at, she? Meowed so loud several times that i knew instinctly she was meowing for my help. Looked for her meowing to see where it was coming from and sure enough it was coming from the vent sealing. I rescued her she seem to be pretty well fed her mom sure was doing a great doing her job. But i guess she realized that she could not rescued her do to the height, lenght, with of the outside vent where she fell through i figured that mom cat realized that and that she couldnt afford for her self to be trapped in the attempt to save her kitten and deciding that to abandon her rescue attempt in order not to put the rest of her kittens at risk, so i guess she decided to let nature take its course, i came in to her rescue and in her life and i love her and she loves me back she's now a year with me and have stablish a strong bond toghether that when i come home from work she rans down the steps and greets me with great joy and love, abd likes to be with me in the kittchen when preparing my morning breakfast at times she even jumps on my shoulders and rubs her face with mine and purrs and we both communicate in our ways and we both just know it. I take care of her and she takes care of me, took her to the vet and she's healthy cat and got her a medical plan, toys , cat nips etc, ect loves to play. I am glad i found her and she found me an were both great companion i believe it was meant to be. P.S . she turbed out to be a he, doctors couldnt tell at early age either way LOVE him or her dont matter what, thank you and God bless all his creation.
I just love cats ❤️ I was so stressed at work due to work irregular shifts. I would take off my my scrub suit then just fell asleep even on floor. He would try to massage me every night or morning
I have always adopted for the need I have to love them, but the most recent kitty I got was actually part of therapy to battle depression. She is not the solution but part of it, knowing that somebody needs me and wants me in their life helped me leave my bed and work, she always feels when I'm down and cuddles with me, something that soothes my pain, and playing with her is such a funny and nice distraction for the over all pain I suffer with. Cats can be part of a solution but it must be a tangigle solution as well as a contract of responsibility.
I thank my late cat for everything she has done for me.💞😸 Sometimes when I hold her urn in my hands I can still feel her presents. It helps me cope since her passing.

Cats are considered naughty because they do not come when their called. But I have witnessed and experienced first hand they can be just as lifesaving as a canine. Without my cat and his persistence of knocking dishes out of the cup board (which he never did in his whole 7 years of living with us we would have died from carbon monoxide poisoning . This is the rewards of loving your fur babies and treating them like part of the family not just a pet❤️

I noticed my babygirl get uneasy tonight staring at something back and forth back and forth. I turned on some relaxing hillsong, and prayed... now she’s sleeping in her cat bed.
I’d not have known there even may have been a negative spirit here if it weren’t for her becoming tense, seeing where she was watching and where her ears were turning to.

In my opinion, cats are living antidepressants. I am unable to have a cat in the place I live currently (a small apartment, and my mother feels cats need an outdoor space), and it's a shame, since having a cat would reduce the severity of my negative intrusive thoughts.

I would never use an animal that way. I was raised with dogs but as an adult I've always had cats and everyone one of them were strays...they found me. My Zoe, the cat I have now, is so special! He has an amazing personality. The first time I met him, I picked him up and looked into his deep blue eyes which met my dark green eyes and it was love at first sight!

I think cats can detect energy that we can’t see.
Emotional: the positive and negative emotions can be shown through body posture, something cats are in tune to. Dogs and cats both can see when you are angry, depressed, etc. and a change in mood is really obvious to them. I walked down in a happy mood one Saturday morning in summer, and both my cats were there. From their point of view, one moment I was cheerful, my mother told me something they couldn’t understand and I was suddenly a mess. The thing was, someone I truly respected had died that day and when I hugged them both, they just let it happen, as though they could tell I was REALLY upset. Contrary to popular belief, it is more difficult to hide mental illnesses, especially from animals, who can detect positive and negative emotional energy through body language.
Physical: physical energy is probably the easiest for a cat to detect. If someone is physically injured, a cat can detect subtle details such as limping and grunts. Whenever I would have really bad cramps, I would distract myself by hugging my cat, who would tolerate it for a little bit, as though she knew I was in physical pain.
Spiritual: spiritual energy is the most complicated. It is hard to believe in spiritual energy without seeing or feeling anything that can happen. Cats appear to be more in tune, due to lack of “grooming” so to speak, and can sense an evil presence just like dogs can.
My cat is an actual spirit guide. She knows exactly what I need in the moment - when I need to laugh, smile, or when she lays on my chest/heart because I’m going through a lot of pain and anxiety 🙏😻
I feel so lucky. A stray cat has made me his best friend. Somebody must have dropped him in my neighborhood and he decided to stay. I don't even feed him and he keeps coming back just to hang out.

I totally believe in cats detecting when you are in a bad mood. And if they get too much of it it can really harm their mental health. I know that once the cat is connected with you and your energy and trusts you. Once it loves you it tries to protect and soothe you whenever you are in a negative mood or the evil eye is on you...the cat will start meowing repeatedly until you snap out of it.

My neighbour has a cat and I love it this cat I’d feed her milk and I noticed every time I come this cat would jump on kitchen window from outside and peep through my kitchen window looking like “ Just wanted to make sure it’s sure you “ kind of look then she would sit over my gate next to the kitchen until I’m done doing whatever I’m doing in the kitchen “ the baby one would always come and just sit on my lap and never want to leave and she went missing …she would follow me around the neighbor’s 5 year old kid said to me this kitten loves you and even their house help told me once !!! My cat can be a bit “prissy”. She loves me to death and will cuddle with me willingly, but when I’m walking by she’ll swat at me and scratch the shit out of me. She can be an asshole but I love her and she loves me.
It's pheromones. Cats communicate through pheromones. They are highly attuned to these chemical markers. We as humans still have pheromones but have lost our ability to consciously interact with pheromones. Cats can and do. That's why they react differently with some people.

It is said that cats carry the owners spirit across the veil.
They help. Any negative energy I encounter. They help me deal with.
My wife has a heart murmur that acts up sometimes and she passes out from all of the pain. A month before we met I by complete accident found our Taf. While she was a kitten living in our old apartment my wife had an episode and passed out on the floor. I was lying next to her waiting for the ambulance and Taf went NUTS on a spot on the wall. Hissing, meowing, jumping, swatting at the spot on the wall her little body couldnt reach. She was REALLY going at it and eventually stopped and sat at our feet near the wall. I have never seen a cat do that before and have had many. I think she saved my wife from something bad having it's fun while my wife was passed out barely breathing. Whether it was death or a spirit ready to take her vessel I will never know but she is forever out guardian angel and I sage her just as much as I sage us and our home.
While living at my Aunties, I became friends with her pet cat. I'd make sure her cat had food, pet it, and even starting talking it. One night the cat was in my room with me and staring into the hallway (sitting straight up, on guard). It starting doing its low growl and hissing, (like they do when they fight other cats). I believe it was protecting!
I absolutely feel calming waves of good energy whenever I spend time around cats. I babysat two cats for over a week. I felt so much better for a long while afterward. My cat died. I miss her every day....

Cats are magically drawn to me like psychic furry magnets, they put their head on a side, meow hello, have guarded me from aggressive dogs, comforted me when sad, look at me with love. Humans don't like me at all, I've had the most terrible experiences with them, but cats know my worth and what I'm about. They are of a higher plane, they know, they are sacred. Its like we are one unit.
There is one thing that I know: When I return tired from work and go for a nap, my cat Kitsy joins me occasionally in bed. I feel then very calm, especially when she begins to purr by my side. I live alone with Kitsy, and It is a very good feeling having that little soul next to me.
1-All i can say is my cat recently died from a illness i also have. Coincidence? 2- there is a study suggesting the year 2020 and 2021 was deadly for animals. Coincidence? ... I think they really our guardian and take care of all the negative energies. But now, it's just to much to take. we don't deserve cats 🥺
My cardiologist seriously suggested I replace my cat despite my just having put him down. It was a good move for me and the cat who was a rescue and nearly died. She would have, if I hadn't taken her out of the rescue.

I had a cat named Cinnamon! I still miss her after all these years! She lived 16 years and had kittens before turning age 1! My cat would love to climb trees and catch birds! She would love to get into cat fights! Cleaning up behind and feeding cats in the least expensive and most convenient! I wanted to get another cat but my Mother was to much attached to Cinnamon she would let me own another!
My old cat sits at the top of our finish basement,stares down the stairs for hours. I think he is keeping us safe. Which now, I'm down stairs,lol.
I live in an apartment complex for veterans only, which happens to have been built right next to a large VA hospital campus, and the land the building is on was used as a temporary field hospital for injured troops coming back from every war starting in WW1 and up to Desert Storm in 1991. So, needless to say on the land the apartments sit there has been a lot of death and suffering. Being spiritually sensitive I literally can feel the residual negative energy throughout the whole building, that has 175 apartments BTW. I know there are spirits that I believe freely roam around going from apartment to apartment here, in mine I've had strange occurrences happen. I got a cat in October of 2021 and only intended on having him, but, I've had to temporarily take in my daughter's 2 cats so now I have 3 which is a bit overwhelming sometimes. My point is when I got my male cat I noticed a fair amount less of the sometimes creepy activity, but now with 3 my apartment actually feels completely free of even the slightest eery feeling I used to get. So yes I do believe cats keep away anything paranormal
Cats can see into different spectrums of light or frequencies. They will see the auras of humans and other animals also. They absolutely can see the energetic and physical beings or entities in higher dimensions.
