GPII is one of the few players that make defense enjoyable to watch as he does it so well

For the goal keeper position could you manipulate the offense to pass it to where you want to steal it? In a sense you could be closer to one side so when they pass they're going to throw it to the side where it's "open looking".

His small is actually benefitial when he does the pokes as its doesnt looks like a foul from ref perspective.

The poke steal is almost as iconic as Iggy’s swipe down.
GP2’s poke always seem like fouls real time because it seems like he’s a half a step behind. Never seen a player complain to the ref though.

If JP didn't emerged last season, GPII might've won DPOY playing more minutes.

I would like to add some context from other sports to the chop step vs hard plant (stride step). i always found the hard plant is much better for offence while the chop for defense. the chop keeps your hips and feet from being fully committed so you can adjust and keep the player on o contained. it gives better reactions. however in the case that you are already beat the hard plant is better for making the change. I guess the context is pure power vs adaptability. also the hard plant put a ton more forces on the body knees ankles hips leading to alot more injurys.
