And Garland opened that door when he tried to slide in that Weiss was appointed by Trump. And fyi- Trump appointed Weiss based on the recommendations of senators. Trump was an outsider who didn't know know the DC players, so he was counting on Congressmen to provide honest recommendations. He found out the hard way how corrupt the DC swamp really is. He gained so much knowledge in his 4 years that if he is reelected in 2024 he will turn DC upside down. Get out and register to be part of the election process, otherwise the Dems will continue to run it.

Why aren't they asking the Delaware special council AG and the IRS reps questions about Hunter's alleged crimes? Mr. Garland hit the nail on the head when he answered her last question. Garland, Smith & Co have solid evidence against Trump and now Trump has deputized the Republicans imps to go on a mission to take down Garland & Biden. Remember Trump said, "If you come after me, I'll go after you"? That's what these hearings are about. The "facts of the case" is a legal term. Why does he not know the facts of the case? He is one man! There are, I believe, 115,000 employees in the DOJ. There is much, much, work to be done. There were a couple of thousand open domestic terrorism investigations, alone, at the end of 2022. Do you think Merrick Garland would be familiar with the facts of all these cases too? People get online and are quick to criticize, but how much do you actually know about law, politics, and the system? Everybody become experts in law and politics and conclusion jump after a little exposure to media outlets. Populism is more emotional than rational. At least I've handled both state and federal court cases. It ain't easy!
