We've been watching these types of interactions for the last 6 years and not a single one of these people have even been slapped on the wrist. It's all a show and every one of them is in on it. When an FBI director knows an investigation wouldn't serve justice because there was no intent to commit a crime like in Hillary case he can recommend no charges. A better question that Wray would HAVE TO ANSWER without doublespeak would be “Mr Wray, in that video, did Ray Epps just break the law?” And if so, “Why wasn’t Ray Epps arrested?”
It’s blatantly obvious he is either an undercover federal agent from some agency or a CHS! Have to be deaf, dumb, stupid, and a moron to not see it. If he is an undercover agent I would argue what he did was entrapment because he solicited, incited, and orchestrated the breach both the night before and the day off! A law enforcement can not criminally solicit to someone to commit a crime and then lock those people that were solicited to commit those crimes. That’s the definition of entrapment, and why they refuse any acknowledgment because God knows how many cases would be dismissed.
Furthermore they allegedly had a lot of prior knowledge and intelligence that they admit to, but failed to act upon. This incident has all the stink of a government intelligence operation to place the blame at Trumps feet, and I’m not a Trump fan. I would’ve preferred Ted Cruz in 2016 and the more I read up on and learn about I like Vivek for 2024. I think Tim Scott would be a good choice also.
You and this congressman miss the most important point that hundreds of FBI agents and millions of taxpayer dollars wouldn’t be diverted to catch and prosecute 1/6 criminals if not for Loser Trump’s refusal to admit that he lost the election. US attorneys can drop lesser charges, but the ONLY WAY to avoid the top count? Is to be acquitted. If you plea? You HAVE to plea to the top count. They have no discretion. To do what they did for ol' "Hunty" ... they had to go to a CONGRESSIONAL SUBCOMMITTEE on tax crimes to get approval for Hunter's plea deal.

Those that have been released have not been tried and released, they have been forced to sign documents saying they did things they didn't really do. They did that because they have been held in solitary confinement 23 hours a day in a prison WITHOUT A TRIAL.
