Well, the Ford GT is a supercar. What seems to be the problem?
The MC20 is a beautiful car!
And trunk looks bigger than what I have on my 2011 GranTurismo convertible lol
The proportions are what characterize the MC20 the most. When Maserati dropped this I thought this car looked like most Ferrari/McLaren knock offs. Yes crazy to think knock off but Maserati was so late to the game with the introduction of their mid engine super car.
After time you realize that the side profile as similar as it is to a Ferrari is quite distinct in that the driver is positioned in the center whereas McLaren has the driver more forward and Ferrari alike. Even Lamborghini gives off that representation as well, come to notice Maserati did an a excellent job at taking something so vaguely familiar in todays market and make it distinct.
I want one above anything else rn
To those who think it is overpriced, consider that production costs are high at the beginning, making molds and machines that can produce the body and all are expensive, and because this is not in large serial production like Hondas are for example, they have to break even a lot sooner to deliver and pay back investors.
When these come down to 150k it will be a value
that'll be an insane buy at 150. Used ones are already into the 180-190 range
Only the base non cielo ones are going for 180-190, the lowest cielo is still 280.@@VehicleVirgins
It's so cool to me that mazerati developed this engine themselves, and was able to get those numbers from a 3l v6- my mom's kia telluride had a 3l v6 😂 way cooler to learn about than a lot of super cars with amg v12 and amg drive train

Maserati has built a unreal engine I just wish they found a identity i'm seeing alot of mclaren in this with high price and low quality interior electronics, the price point of the car doesn't seem to fit in the market well id think of several different brands before i pick this unique engine

How's the steering?
My Maserati Grecale GT steering is soft, not beefy like German cars.
Being a supercar, maybe the M20 steering is more beefy feeling?

Ive seen one of these split in half with the cabin completely in tact. The driver didn't make it.

They do it because it’s cheap. Charging a premium, but pinching pennies in production.
For cars like these, I believe brands should consider components that can endure the lifespan of the vehicle (as a future classic). Personally, I lean towards analog features as we know these "the ipads:" are going to become obsolete in a couple of years.

"Cielo" es una.palabra española, no italiana. Muchos hyper deportivos italianos llevan nombres españoles, especialmente los Lamborghini (Diablo, Aventador, Espada, Miura, Huracán...)
@@RC-hm7do The word "cielo" is Spanish, I didn't know that it was also Italian because what I had heard is "cieli" which is the Italian plural of heaven, my fault. You say that Maserati does not use Spanish names, I assume you are not referring to one of its latest models: "Levante".
