3 bedrooms in a relationship to me means, one room for the bedroom, one room for one persons office/room, and the other room for the other persons office/room. Throw a folding or blowup bed or have a dedicated murphy bed in one just when/if you have overnight guests. I also feel like if you want to use any workout stuff regularly, it should be in your own office or in a shared space, not your partners private office. I don't see the need to have a chill space or a sofa in the office in this situation, if you live in a 3 bedroom house, you probably already have a living room.
That sofa bed is so smart and practical. Wish I had that when I was renting a tiny ADU in my landlord’s backyard. A sofa bed makes so much sense in a studio/single room unit environment.
One cool way to have automations in this room while keeping it simple when guests are over is to use a dummy switch (if you're using something like Google Home or Apple HomeKit) and have all the automations check if that switch is ON prior to running. That way, when you have guests coming you can flip the switch on your phone and all the crazy automations won't run. I do this for my office (which has a similar pull-out bed for guests) and it works great!
I just had to make a multifunctional office space for my bf and I after I moved into his 2 bedrm condo. So happy to stumble on this video and admire how you organized everything and styled it to suit both of your needs. I love all the custom little 3d printed tools! It's something I've been wanting to do too and now I'm tempted to get a 3d printer 😂
Your wife replaced her Herman Miller Classic Aeron chair for a cheap pink chair??? Wow… she REALLY loves the color pink. I hope her back understands. Lol
That’s pretty neat. How did you get the Stream deck to have a pink, white, and black colorway? Are there third-party sellers that can customize the knobs and icons to whatever color you want?
I laughed when you said one of you gets sick you sleep in different rooms...lol Ya that doesnt happen in my home. If anything I wrap the blanket around my head and try not to get sick.
This is possibly a very personaly question, but... what *is* your day job? I love your TH-cam channel but, ket's be honest, you must be making bank in your day job to be able to afford a 3bed right now 🙃
Oh, so you buy things just to hide them? Brilliant strategy for wasting money and creating clutter. Ever thought about starring on a reality show for hoarders?
i dont believe people actually live in these cages where they do everything in one room, this is like poverty? my family has different rooms for different activities, my had has his office, we have a gym, kitchen and our bedrooms in different parts of the house?? this video is crazy

Extremely underrated comment.
Awesome setup but please stop lying about your hands
You found me out. One hand is pale. 👀
@@JimmyTriesWorld we know you are going to tanning beds and leaving one arm out

I think you convinced me to go sofa bed vs Murphy bed. I can finally close all those Murphy bed tabs.
Great video, that sofa looks useful

The guy hides HER anime figures. Greatest anime twists of all time.
Huh, the shelf of toys and barbies adds charm to the office.
Also at 6:23 doesnt that cabinet get blocked by the sofa though?
Where are the sofa and the blinds from?
Lovely room, looks really chill and welcoming! And I want that sofa bed now 😭
Amazing video! Thanks for creating and sharing!
I would be interested to know what kinds of things you use your stream deck for?
The exposed soundbar cable is bugging me
It’s the cable for all the io
The sofa bed is the missing piece I need for my home office.
✨Low-ays✨

Aren’t stream deck buttons all full-color LCDs?
lo-wea's: my favorite 🤣

did the badass mother in law helped again?
The shelves are from the same planks of wood of the desk in the previous video. She helped on those! Other than that, mainly me this time.
@@JimmyTriesWorld awsome! I love the results!
What sofa bed is that?
Quit pretending you don’t hang your laundry on that bike lol
There’s the hooks for that 😭
first comment and also GREAT SETUP
5 seconds ago is diabolical
Clicking speed must be insane

I’ve been wondering the same!
What is it with your wife and having things blocking parts of screens... It's making me crazy
Very girly vibes. If I didn't know better, I would assume this was young teenage girls room.
Her excuse is: If or when we have a daughter this is her inheritance. 😅

It's so cluttered.

I think you could use a little perspective on how other people in this world live. Sounds like you’d benefit from expanding your horizons a bit.
one couple living in a 3-bedroom home is NOT poverty. they are likely very wealthy.
