Trying to Learning how to weld Aluminum ( Sort Of)

So I was attempting to fix a crack on the pistol to my Bench Sandblaster. It’s obviously a learning experience that is requiring more practice.

Be careful with getting that flame on the magnets. If you heat a magnet up too much, it will lose its magnetic properties

Yes, thank you for that advice, since then I’ve purchased an adjustable nozzle and retired that old school nozzle.
