Here's your explanation for the pennies, people who are poor minded hate pennies , working in a warehouse I've seen this countless of times, people who live check by check barely making $16 /hour seat in the break room, go through their pockets and discard the pennies, some leave them on the break room tables other throw them away in the parking lot, it's unbelievable. I once observed a coworker throwing away pennies, I asked him why, he said he hated them, I asked him if I could have them and from that day he always gave them to me and this is the same guy who begs me for cigarettes every Thursday before payday because he's broke. These are people who are so poor minded they don't see any value in pennies, they don't understand that if you take a penny out of a million, it's no longer a million.
My grandmother stopped to pick a penny up off the sidewalk when I was a kid. I asked her why she did that as it didn't buy anything. She told me, "If you don't respect a penny you'll never learn to respect a dollar." I remembered that for my whole life, it helped me become wealthy.
This aggravates me to my very soul. My husband I have been try for MONTHS to find a bigger house in the alliance area because we’ve outgrown our current home and these trashbillys completely wreck and take for granted what is a beautiful property!!!
A Video library of before tenants move in and how you remodeled these homes to After tenants are moved out or evicted would make a very clear eye opener and statement on how much all around effect, expense and labor you’ve had to go through. I can’t even imagine the stress and frustration you experience in this line of work! To think of all the good you are doing to give people a chance to better themselves and have a decent place to live, only to destroy not only the homes but the look and feel of a community. They have no shame!! Thank You for improving and trying to better the appeal of Alliance. I know my sister and brother-in-law Thank You for evicting her neighbor, one of your tenants. I only wish they would get evicted much sooner, before there is so much damage to everything. She couldn’t even invite people over to her home because of your tenant’s destruction and accumulation of junk and trashed vehicles in the back yard. Who wants to be forced to live beside that? I do not know the laws and full ordinances of Alliance but there should be fines given and enforced to these scrubby and irresponsible people to keep Alliance Beautiful for the people of this City and their community.
One thing that is really fueling the affordable housing crisis, particularly in terms of Section 8 is the rental system is EXTREMELY vulnerable to abuse and property owners see this as too great of a risk to rent to low income families. It's frustrating because it basically ruins it for all the families who don't abuse those services. The best solution would be policy changes which protects property owners
Even without the mess , the house needs a full remodel. It's so old inside and sad. I don't get landlords who have properties that don't keep up with them. They need to take pride in their properties

We all have problems, hard times, and good times but that doesn't mean you get to be disrespectful to your landlord and basically yourself.
I live in Canada. We were landlords. Many renters believe that all landlords are rich. We just wanted to pay our mortgage and have some equity. One of our tenants refused to pay rent. We got the judgement for unpaid rent but could never collect because the renters flew the coop and could not be located. Who can afford to pay for a sheriff in seeking out these low lifes. We figured it just wasnt worth the money and stress. We eventually sold both our properties.
I was in the rental business for decades and am in the process of getting out after the moratorium overreach. This is just one example of a shambles left. I have seen much, much worse.
My parents told us that pennies turn into dollars. My three brothers and i are all savers. Cant understand that people would do this to another person.
I wonder if in the contract did it state who was to care for the outside of the Property? Should it be tenants then from what I see you got the rent! But You should check on your property regularly and from that you didn't do. Your loss because you should Drive By now and then! Because it's not their house they don't own it and they don't have to cut the Grass!

Couple of weeks my foot that needs a complete remodel put something else on the extra land and raise the rent do criminal background checks and credit checks
Not trying to blame you but if you had done periodic inspections you should have noticed the extent to which this property was not being properly maintained. Those conditions should have been clearly spelled out in the lease and you could have evicted them for breach of contract.

Why not do yard maintenance and the outside home maintenance while the tenant are still there rather than only after they have moved out.
