I understand that fear so much … just made me realise where my anxiety came from. I lost my mother and grandmother on the same day, my mother in the morning and grandmother in the late afternoon, the year before that on the same month I lost my mother’s little sister and this year June I lost my grandfather 😢. I live with that fear a lot .
