Congratulations on the new place! In Canada, for the most part rent has gone up (a lot, a lot) to the point where the government have had to block landlords from increasing it more, and stop renovictions. 😬

Hey...try putting him in a walker...he may not be able to move about in it as yet...but it will make him taller and up off the floor...different vantage point will calm him...
