This background noise is really annoying... what is it? The breath through the mask? Also why wearing mask when nobody is close to her? I hope this mask madness will stop finally, it barely helps, but rather causes much problem for the people.

World champ in the shortest time to finish the 3rd movement of the Schubert. What it's good for?
Schubert annotated this movement as allegro vivace and she plays it as it is allegro vivace. I don't understand the problem you have.
Interpretation is fine. However, if you're criticising someone for being unfaithful to the piece, at least get your facts checked.
