no, cat eye is too much at an angle for the curvature of a Sierra/Yukon headlight. Better off cutting a bubble eye hd hood than bending the cat eye hood. I've seen a shop online that makes HD Silverado style hoods for the Yukon/sierra, but the diy is much cheaper
