theres always the old school method...find someone locally or online who is similar size and position and try to emulate everything they do on and off the court. its a start, if the starting point is your biggest issue.

and after school i do a skills workout and i focus on my ball handling and pace and different finishes with defense (my brother help contest) and then i add a certain simple move to my bag every week

You should be doing both shooting and finishing everyday..

No but there should be 1-2 things that are the absolute main focus of the workout and what you spend the majority of your time on
