    Todays workout
    In this edition we will be hitting those arms and turning it into a 15 Min Dumbbell Hiit arm workout
    Something a little different from set reps and rest. Mixing up your routine is always great for your body so with this one we are throwing a little hiit element into it to make it something a little different
    For this workout we will be working on the biceps and triceps.
    Each muscle group will have 3 exercises each and will be repeated 4 times. Each exercise will also be done for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest
    You will pick it up as we go. As I said something a little different to mix up the dumbbell workout routine
    I will maybe try this with different body parts to have dumbbell hiit series and see how you get on
    As always start light with the dumbbells and see how you get on. Again if it's too easy , up that weight and challenge yourself . There is no set limit to what you can do. Up the weight if needed but remember , dont sacrifice form.
    If your form starts to slip , drop the weight a little
    So grab your dumbbells and a drink and lets get ready to ROCK!!!

    It's been a long time since I lifted any weights. I started off with a light weight, and when I hit the bent over curls my arms started cramping. I had to stop when he said we are half way though. Iam going to give it a hour and try it again with a lighter weight. It looks like I have alot more work ahead of me than I thought.

      Start light and do it right 👌. Don’t be afraid to start with lighter weights and concentrate on good technique and form. These works are designed where even with lights weights you can get a killer burn

      @@TheZeusFitness thanks mate, I tried it again and done one extra rep. Iam going to have to drop the weight and try it again. The weight doesn't feel heavier when iam doing it, my biceps just start feeling tighter and feel like they are cramping

    This really works!!!! Although I was using relatively light weights (alternating amongst 10lbs, 13lbs, & 15lbs) this routine kicked my butt! It really burns when done as a follow up to a cardio workout.

    How much weight you suggest for a beginner?

      Really depends on so many factors, try starting out with anything like 2-3kg and see how you get on. If the workout felt too light come back again next time and add a little weight
      You're looking to be able to complete the workout with good form but still a tough workout. If you're doing it and losing form and really struggling to complete the sets drop the weight a little

      I started with your resistance band work now following you for dumbelss
      By improving by diet , and work out in 6 months I have reduce around 20 kg
      Now I want to be in proper shape with light muscles and athelitic body
