I don't have two weights that are the same it's sad 😢 I have a 10 and a 20 lying around so I for each that had used two of them I winded back the timer to do each arm for 40 seconds, making the workout take longer than it should've 😮💨 quite frustrating lol
Very grateful I found this channel when I was looking for new dumbbell workouts a few days ago. I have three sets of dumbbells from a 20 lb to 70 lb set with my other being an 40 lb adjustable set. I've added this workout to my routine now and three days in with it so far. You definitely feel this burning especially using the heavier ones and lighter ones too. I admit my motivation hadn't really been there with my training for a couple weeks. These videos are motivating and gets me into my training again. Thanks brother for making these workout videos 💪👍
Just fantastic videos. Started with the 10 minute full body dumbbell workout, started doing the 10 minute chest video so doing 20 mins a day now, just adding this one to my workout but I am absolutely going to sign up to zeus+ Its been about 3 or 4 weeks and the difference has been noticed by everyone around me. Its not massive but I have definition, I feel great and even my posture has changed.

My guy, when you switched concentration curls to the other hand it sounded like you had some major damage in that elbow every time you finished a curl, then I realized you were just tapping the mic with the dumbbell 🤣 Thank you for posting this, just got a set of adjustable dumbbells today and I'm looking forward to utilizing this workout!

Absolutely, get in there and get them started! Then as you progress you can look to slowly up the weight a little and then in time when you’ve the time also , you can double them up for a killer 20 min routine 👍
Is isolation work on arms really necessary? Even If I do compound light weights high reps shouldn't that be enough for biceps indirectly? The reason I ask is because biceps curls really make me sore and Wonder if it's necessary. Thanks in advance for your reply
As Jason says you will engage your core a little more standing. Important to engage it also sitting . But the idea behind sitting also is to encourage good strict form. Sitting really elements any swinging to help get the dumbbells up making sure your form is on point
As a stand alone 10 min workout you could go through it once. Even 10 minutes with this will give a serious burn. If you feel you have more in the tank , run it through again 👌
I’m guessing you’d need a rest day if you were doing this routine multiple times but doing it once would you still need a rest day just curious I’d think not but I ain’t no expert 😂
Ha I guess it really depends on how you’re feeling or the weights being used! If doing it twice and turning into a 20 min bicep workout! Rest will be needed If you can feel it the next day and it’s sore and can feel it inn the biceps! I’d rest then as they are a small muscle group

Shouldn’t do it every day take at least 1-2 rest days or you might not see much progress
