15 minute BICEPS TRICEPS Superset Workout Dumbbells

  • In this 15 minute biceps triceps Superset workout with dumbbells we will be having 16 different movements. Seven exercises for the biceps and seven exercises for the triceps. We will be working with supersets and will perform each movement for 40 seconds long and with 20 seconds rest in between. You also can use the exercises and work with the repetitions and with longer rest in between if you are choosing to work with heavier weights.
    In this Workout I am using the adjustable dumbbells with the weight between 5kg till 15kg depending on the exercise and the muscle fatigue.

    3. Dumbbell Skull Crusher
    4. Diamond Push Up
    5. Seated T-Curl
    6. Reverse Grip Curl
    7. Overhead Triceps Extensions
    8. Lying Chin Extension
    9. Single Dumbbell Narrow Curl
    10. Isolation Curl
    11. Dumbbell Narrow Press
    12. Lying Overhead Extensions
    13. Kneeling Concentration Curl (R)
    14. Kneeling Concentration Curl (L)
    15. Triceps Dumbbell Kickbacks (R)
    16. Triceps Dumbbell Kickbacks (L)

    Love the workouts, really helps me get through the pandemic, especially because the gyms were closed for 500 days in the past two years in my country

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

      For a beginner they might be but at some point you will need heavier weight in order to progress

    Omg i did feel the burn in my biceps and triceps. The two most challenging moves for me were the diamond push ups and the reverse curls. Of course i used thus workout as an add on to a run i have scheduled. Loving the workouts as usual. I embrace being challenged and thank you Daniel for keeping us focused in pursuing our goals.

    I decided to go all out on the upper body today.....I did this workout after your HomeGym hunting upper body workout and I'm officially DEAD.
