Wonder what they would catch without it?

Thanks man, I appreciate you tuning in👊
i will near lake michigan and i only fish i caught was a 10 pound drum and the tiny fishes 😭
There’s definitely no shortage of Drum!!
Going next week to middle of the state . Hows the bite been this week?
I honestly haven’t been out in about 2 weeks! It should be good tho!
What lake is this?
What is your process when looking for spots on a new lake? I Live in northwestern Michigan and struggle to find decently sized fish on new and large bodies of water. Any tips would be appreciated!
I think your best bet at trying to find big largemouth on new bodies of water is to fish new lakes early in the year. The big fish seem the least pressured, so it’s a great time to try out new lakes. As far as breaking down the lake, I always try to find bait and I like fishing along the windblown side of the lake. Hope this helps!
Any St Clair trips soon?
Not sure yet…definitely considering!
Have you ever fished Murray lake near Grand Rapids
Yes, but it’s been a few years since I’ve been there. Is it worth checking out?
@@reelobsession 100% it’s great for musky and bass, there are some big bass I lost last summer there.
🤫
A little more “how to” should be included in your video that have that in the title. Didn’t get much insight on how to approach a lake for early season largemouth. Just my $.02.
I appreciate the feedback! We tried bouncing LOTS of different lakes and trying to find baitfish as many of the bass were schooled around the bait. We found that the wind seemed to really get the bass fired up as well!
That wind sure makes em chew. Nice video fellas!!
