    Create enough reasons to do something and you can pretty much do or stop anything. It's a game in your imagination of making some things seem REALLY important and others, threatening to your well being or even life. In a way, you've got to trick yourself into what you want to do.

    I was just reading about this on awaken the giant within.
    There are any mental exercises you consistently do to associate pain or pleasure to a certain habit ?
    I know in your book you mentioned writing down it's a good exercise but any other recommendations ?
