    I took a full page of notes on this video! I really love the part when you say to not put yourself down for not doing something because you brain associates it with pain- that was a big wake up call for me! THAT is why it has been super difficult for me to get up early and workout/ meditate, I always put myself down for not doing it.

    One advice: don't to exercises just before you go to bed, as you will be wide awake afterwards and fall asleep more difficult. Stretching on the other hand (as an exercise) can be relaxing and a good preparation to go asleep.
    Another point: meditating before going to bed can be also a good way to prepare yourself. You will be relaxed, at ease and ready to get a good night's sleep!

    hi, thank you for this video :) i am very unhappy most of the time. I have a boyfriend and i think i focus on him to much. well I just wanted to ask you for suggestions to be happy and to be less clingy. i tryed to stay buisy but me and him do the same activities in the same places. i dont kno what to do please help me as much as you can.

      Dont know if he has the time to write back...and I may not be able to help you, but at least I can try ;).
      When I am (/was) unhappy, it could be that it's...
      - lack of goals, don''t know what I want to do in/with MY life
      - lost the focus on my passions
      - didn''t love myself and when I got no "reward" from outside, I was unhappy
      - got no "rewards" from outside, lost the ability to reward myself for what I do/did/achieved
      - focused on the negative things, forgot about the positive things in my life
      - was chasing goals which didn't really connect to me
      - wasn't happy with my body
      Whats important in general:
      - good food
      - good water
      - enough (high quality) sleep
      - sports, stretching, yoga, some sort of moving the body
      - no news, no tv
      - being with positive people
      -> think better, have more energy, better sleep, better mood, in the end you may realise much more where you're at, what's holding you back, what you really have to do...sometimes people are just cruising around...knowing what they wanna have and what they have to do to live their passion and chase their goals. People know it, but can't be honest with themselves cause they wanna achieve someone elses goals and can't let go of this "perfect" creation of a perfect live. There are some other options aswell...
      Maybe this helps...but I'd really recommend to look for some professional help, invest some money in you and your life, that can help tremendous! Look for a good Psychologist for example! Chances are good when you're just reading books or looking for some "fast" help via internet, you won't get what you're looking for. Sometimes it's better to get some professional help, they know much more and can take a much deeper look in what's going on...what you maybe already know but you don't want to accept it or be honest with you.

    i couldn't sleep because of the noise, all kind of noise : music, tv, people talking, ,...... i just fall asleep when everything go silent and peace. hikkkk.
