That is just the most amazing build ever! I have been trying to figure out the order in which to do my rebuild, now I will follow this! Just incredible mate, you've done that before!
Fantastic video. Best on youtube by far. Im a MX rider but getting too old and grey so looking into having some fun on 4 wheels now, thinking about doing up a 90, this vid is inspiration!
Ahh thats where it goes. Thanks for the reply Ive got a bit of an engineering background, so this is quite possibly something I will deffinately start. Its great to be able to hear the engine run after seeing it put together.
Hit return too early! I wanted to know where you got that bumper from, with the light embedded? Its NICE! I have a defender and would love that upgrade. Thanks again for posting.

Wow thats quite amazing. 2 days! Im interested in knowing how much it would cost to buy the parts. Id love to do this maybe someday. Is quite an insparation to see you build it. Imagine it would take me alot longer to build. I was just wondering, I didnt quite notice the fuel tank. I dont know my land rovers, was just curious to know when it was put back in. Ill have a look again at the video.
lo primero enhorabuena por el trabajo, magnifico. tenga algunas preguntas: - cuanto tiempo te llevaste para construirlo ?? - cuanto te costo todo ?? - esto es legal conducirlo por la carretera ?? respuesta por favor :)
Dale Drake they do in America, because they were only released for three years, and you have to wait 25 years for import to be legal. Also, defenders in America are in 200% better condition, even if you do import one from another country. In fact some People if they are able to acquire an imported Land Rover illegally buy the deed from a totaled rover for about 20,000 dollars to fake US certification. However, you can always tell a US 90 or 110 from an imported one, ours have on the back bumper their build number, for 90’s it goes from 1-6000 and for 110’s less than 1000 were imported, some say only 600. They have just reached 25 years in age making them legal to import, however, Britain’s defenders are in terrible condish in contrast to ours. Because they were actually used for their purpose there.
Nice job, a question. Do you think a 2009 2.4 110 dcpu that roll-over makes sense to re-built it. Chasis, engine and gear-box seem's are in good shape. This model and make are extremelly expensive in my country, i'd appreciate if you can inform or if you can suggest cheap body spares, regards, RG
and I was worried because there going to stop defender ???? as long as we have men like this one Defender will go on for years in someways production stopping will only make used defenders harden in price so if you have one you are indeed blessed great vid thanks DL
The vents on the wings, are they just for hot air to escape or do they serve another purpose? The fuel tank is under the drivers feet(?) and seat so there's open space under the passengers side? The reason is I don't like unused spaces, especially if they could be useful (tool storage box?). ;-)
Hi dude good vid when you say 5 grand in parts did you buy all the parts or did you have some already i mean 5 grand for a beauty like that is peanuts?
where did you get all the parts? could I buy them online from another country?? In my country it's £22000, is it worth it to bring it from there or buy it here
This is what we are exactly doing with my friend! From beggining with new galvanised chassis! We are get stocked with s couple thing, we would bd happy with your phone number! :-)
Another one! What is it about coiler-era Land-rovers? Where no matter how you try, they look a bit mincing, and that's without the 'required' big-wheels and chequer-plate. Even before they get the snorkel, most end up looking like they fell off a fairground roundabout. Somebody blow him a kiss!
That is just the most amazing build ever! I have been trying to figure out the order in which to do my rebuild, now I will follow this! Just incredible mate, you've done that before!
Brilliant and thank you. I would have liked to have seen the electrical harness installation too but maybe that is straight forward lol.
Good job.
No music , no problem, the only good music, it's when it's start up ;-)

This is just amazing! That said, I now fail to see why the Defenders cost so much...
It doesn't

How much does it cost and how long did it take
Great job!
Bountiful
@algy3289 Tank goes it at 5:30 in part 1
Build cost about £5k in parts.
proper job
I wish my mechanic could work this quick lol
How long did it take in real time?

respect!
what size wheels and tyres did you use? and how high is the suspension lift?
nice job.
Very nice job!!!! Amazing!!! Would you like to come to Brazil to do the same?? Give me a call.
and I was worried because there going to stop defender ????
as long as we have men like this one Defender will go on for years

great vid thanks DL
u work with my mother louise williams and from both of us good job very good job
Thanks for the comments, i made the bumper myself, its a standard bumper, with the ends cut to a taper and hols cut for lights.

beautyfull
brilliant
👍👍👍👍👍
Hi dude good vid when you say 5 grand in parts did you buy all the parts or did you have some already i mean 5 grand for a beauty like that is peanuts?
Nice vid , but i see it left a patch of oil already :D LOL -- 2:44 :) .
How do you build vehicles?
Can i change my gasoline engine to diesel angina in ny discovery S7?
Any landy is worth rebuilding. Use second hand body panel and then a full respray, can be rebuilt for not a lot of ££
Whoa hold on when did the exhaust and electrics go on havebI missed an episode?????
Well Done.
Were they all new parts?
У таких мастеров и надо машины покупать, а потом обслуживать .
Always wanted a Defender... To bad they cost $40K for one with 150k+ miles here in the states... I guess I'll just have to stick with my Disco.
That man is a genius! Why are he not in the word recrd book?
@alexguzun used defender rebuilt, with lots of new parts. Series 3 doors.
Too quickly and the steering wheel is on the wrong side ;-) ... Good job !
its a land rover defender!
Now do the new one :D
Your comment made me more resolute to keep mine forever.
where did you get all the parts? could I buy them online from another country?? In my country it's £22000, is it worth it to bring it from there or buy it here
Nicolas Estevez in the uk you can buy a galvanised chassis for about £2500, then buy the rest when you need them to spread out the cost
but he put the steering wheel on the wrong side.
In the uk we have right-hand drive cars.
@leegorecki 285/75R16 30mm
Dear Santa.....
Tyre in the uk
This is what we are exactly doing with my friend! From beggining with new galvanised chassis! We are get stocked with s couple thing, we would bd happy with your phone number! :-)

it's Tires not Tyres!
PowerToolFun I'm tired of this nonsense it's tyres
PowerToolFun in the country the defender comes from its tyre
You forgot the roof lol
Wouldn't really say they were death traps but hes american so we can forgive him bless
Is it me or did he not put any coolant in it?
