You probably need to split your production area in to separate buildings! So only those working there need protection, and the rest are in different buildings. Saves the messy clean-up... ;D Also look into the doors you have access to, you might find something better than the doors that let every one through...
Honestly I think the devs should just do some work on the optimization. Always makes me laugh when you get games like Satisfactory that can have whole factory's on screen in 3d all animated with effects and wont lag. Then you get a game like this where the graphics and animations are vastly different and lower but struggles.

11 minutes into the video, I thought why not segment off that air pressure depleting machine and the machines that need it, from the rest of the building and use those air pressure air lock sealing doors from the beginning of the video from the research tech tree to seal that area with that air de-pressurizer. y'know, make an air lock? and a separate building for de-pressurizing the products?
Should proboably have workers, engineers and cleaners only for the new lab. Set them up to only use the new lab, the break areas and the packing area. That way your spacesuit cleaner and engineer will focus where they're actually needed.
For your chicken place I would move the storage so that the herb product gets removed and than make that storage only the product that should be sold at that place. do that for all business.

But, he is trying to work on it. 😉 If you set the employees by color (just change their color in their options menu), Its easier to know whos who.. especially if you hire new "workers" they will always start as "green". Room groups are still being worked on as well. 🤷♂ It's a bug.

You need to make more organized job titles and rooms. Lab cleaner, lab workers, herb cleaner, herb workers and so forth. Not just factory1 and 2.i think you are confusing yourself
If yo uhave the spacesuit helmets on everyone, do you need detoxifiers? Just let the gasses build up, right? Your dudes have protection. Just be sure to install airlocks.

The best way to set up that meth lab is to put the stages in separate rooms. But you do it your way lol.
Delete the racks at the chicken shop with the leaves on it then you won't have wasted storage
For the food chutes maybe try destroying the wall and placing them in between, I think that’s how it works

You don't need the detoxifyers as the space helmets also fully block toxin damage.
