You upgraded the city extras, that's what triggered the raid. Dont do that and you will be fine.
dont forget to add walls, when you added those man trap hallway, it removed the wall since it connected to the store room. Id get at least 4 guards and only have one entry door to the outside, that way you can funnel the raiders exactly how you want them to come in. Make a hallway full of reinforced doors with traps in between so they have to spend a lot of time before getting to your main area.
Please add a wall to that section they broke in at, my anxiety!
I'm still new to the game but maybe your guards didn't react to the raiders because they were added after the initial allert message. reminds me of The Sims and if the sim wasn't around when there was the initial shock of the fire or burglar, they walk around like nothing is happening

You could buy a plot of land and make the entrance there. But make a maze typ with a lot of traps. And Ps don't forget the little wall piece by the doors. 😉 😂 🤣 😂

For the meth you need to equip an astronaut suit and the meth gloves
no you only need the Hazmat suit and space helmet and they will survive
the great part about this game is if you just leave the prompt up on the screen nothing happens and you can continue to play. I'm on day 72 slingin Moon Meth and crack to 2 chicken shops and 2 casinos and I'm generating over 100k a day. My plan is to save up a few million, then buy a bunch of plots and build a dummy room with equipment and a long hallway to funnel them down then buy enough land to get 4 to 6 more guards and just delete the doors off my factory. i have my shops inventory filled so I can deliveries completely for 11 Days worst case. I got the prompt back on day 21 that he was gonna raid. I've just been expanding and ignoring it but now I'm about ready to face it. but keep in mind you need dynamite to defeat him so that's why I'm saving is to lure them into a false lab and then start on the dynamite late. also fry Casinos are profitable without drugs (About 3k a day on avg) so realistically that's yours best starting investment not the laundromat as it makes 3k with toasted. if you buy the license early and build a small one you can start making money asap. I put my Casino where the Donut shop supposed to go and it made 3.3k so even without the buff its great
DONT DO Deliveries first thing. Take the 30k they give you and either do a casino or setup weed factory and laundromat. then deliver to the business because the mopeds suck and you wont earn near enough as you would selling in the laundromat. plus if you watch when the drug is sold through the business the markup is crazy
for Example : Moon Meth is worth $563 so thats what you get for Delivery but if you sell it in the chicken shop it sales for $1,407.50 same goes for weed or coke. deliveries are only good when you have a surplus that when i started doing it and only do it when you get trucks.
Another Tip to progress faster.
get your Delivery setup to businesses and ramp up production with profits, then you want to buy more garages as you can and sell ONLY to Scrapyard and have 1 going to The University to get Toasted. Once you Unlock The Car from Scrapyard then swap out the Mopeds. ( 4 Mopeds = 1 Car) then you want to send at least 2 cars to the University until you get get better weed. once you get Toasted you wont need Amazonian really start working on Moon Meth Asap skip the other 2. You should be producing more then enough to send 4 cars to Uni once you get Moon Meth and 2 chicken shops you'll be rolling in the Dough and expansion will be easy. Casinos are where its at so realistically you wont to focus on2 products at a time do have alll 3 weeds and all 3 meths. once you get the meth up and running ( about 100k should be goof to build a lab and hire eveyrone) your gonna want to let both drugs run while you save up another 100k then demo all your weed stuff and sell it and start building your coke factory. the meth makes about 5 times what the weed does so you wont miss those shops just delete the laundromat and donut shops alltogether to save money then start on your casino ( If you didnt start with it) aslong as you have 2 chicken shops selling youll make plenty to pause weed

Remove your externals Doors, Use the empty parcel tu build a garden and put all arround a fence.
Put only one doors to enter to your factory by the garder way and place traps in the garden.
When you have a raid, he need to enter by the garder and the trap do the job.
Put cut grass on the dirt in your factoryyyyyy

Auto turret gun room 4 or so wide & off set the guns with bear trap entrance & a few mines so the police can't shoot while trapped & the turrets can do the work & have a few guards at the back to shoot also. 👍👍

1 Box Truck and 1 Car = 20. But the Box truck would have to be all "basic" (16), then the car all basic as well (4). That makes your 20 in less than the time given (6 mins), Its either that for 5 car runs, or 2 Trucks and 1 car, or or or.. You get the point lol. But basically, they all need to run at the same time to that location to get it done in less than 6 mins. Sometimes you do get some that has no timer.. Get those "auto pewpews" setup at the door.. (or you know... When you see the message pop up, Pause, remove door, unpause, continue the message, they can't get it) (Its not cheating) lol
its a waste of time sending weed to the Spaceship you can just unlock the suit at the University

Wondering if a "Panic room" could help your workers, send them there during a raid.
Be carful not to have a large heater near the auto boxers. I did and they caught fire, the fire spread and killed several of my workers.

Honestly, it's kinda weird how you've only had one raid throughout the whole game so far.
Not sure what that's about. You'd think they'd be coming regularly. I guess that's why you got complacent and never bothered hiring guards, using traps beyond the basic or arming any of your people.
I've checked the steam discussions and apparently apart from the scripted raids, there's currently nothing else. However, a dev says that they'll work on it in future updates.

The dev said ad of now they only have the prompted raids in the Game. He is working on The raid System Currently so it will be implemented at a later date. This whole Game is made and run by 1 Dude lol its wild

your wasting money with the weed production. at this point your better off to Demo your shops that sell weed. replace them with chicken shops and convert your employees and production over to Meth. Chicken shops can make about 20k on avg so your losing 15k a day having a laundromat or donut. once you progress to the next drug you can phase out the previous. even tho that plot of land might buff a Laundromat/Donut shop and Chicken shop will still make more than double
Make a maze of traps 🪤 make your place more set back since you never let your employees leave 😅. make separate rooms for each “thing” easier to control. Setting stuff back to back is fine. Use the trucks!!
