    Out of all her stretching workouts this is my absolute favorite one. I had such back pain tonight and now I feel amazing. I have done other Essentrics but Miranda is my favorite leader

    Thank you for all of these amazing videos! I'm 66, working at a desk job full time for most of 8 hours, Mon-Fri. and it was taking a toll!! As I was sedentary for too long, these videos, (stretches, gentle challenges, strengthening movements) are having a very positive effect! Thank you very much for gearing invigorating movement to seniors!! Increased mobility and flexibility is paying off after only 2-3 weeks! No need to pay a gym membership; just doing these every morning at home! It means so much, Miranda!!! 💃🏻❤

    I'm really surprised this woman doesn't have more followers. Her technique, which I call "Ballerina Yoga" is so revolutionary. She's so clear and so easy to follow along with during the routine. She looks, absolutely amazing! I can only hope I look that good in time. There's nobody else like her....

    These are fantastic workouts😁! I’ve suffered from locked up joints and arthritis and her pain workouts have enabled me to lift my hands and arms above my head. I also suffer from plantar fasciitis and Miranda’s workouts are the only thing that relieves the pain, so walking has become pain free as well. Thank you, Miranda! I can’t believe you’re in your 70s. I thought you were only in your 50s.😊

    After doing Miranda and er stretching programs I have not had the need to ice any part of my body I study alot I am in school and am stressed about it and after sitting so long my back aches my whole body aches but after doing her program I particularly like this one I feel amazing

    I have a close friend who is in her 70's she's not strong enough anymore to really do any hard working out but she loves Miranda her name is Diane. She recently lost her husband Don. So Miranda and her work outs have helped her so much with the grief and keeping her in shape. We can't thank Miranda enough.

    I am 78 now, but can’t still do this workout! Thanks to following Miranda for years. This program really does encompass the best of tai chi, quijong, and barre. I have done a variety of exercise regimines, but always comeback to this!

    Iv'e been off work due to body pain in my hips, pelvic, and my knee. I've been doing this everyday for two weeks now. I feel really good I'm able to walk without pain. I was ready to have surgery for the pain, and it turns out to be muscle imbalance.Thank you Miranda for all the work you do for seniors.I told all my friends about this video.

    I did this before bed after a long workday and it was quite challenging! At almost 60, (any age really), Essentrics and Classical Stretch with Miranda or Sahra really makes the body feel good, look good, and age with grace while preventing injury. Thanks for this.

    What about workout for people with mild osteoporosis or osteopenia?

      I have both and any of her workouts are good to do. I’m 70, just had a hip replacement surgery 10 weeks ago, did PT that only hurt and was grueling and I got more out of Miranda’s workouts in the healing than anything else! This one is my favorite as it involves the whole body. Just try it, slowly at first, and you will feel the difference in your whole body.😊

    Is this workout one that can be done every day? Or because it’s weight bearing, should I rest a day in between? This is the perfect workout as it addresses my whole body. I am 12 weeks out from hip replacement, riddled with arthritis throughout my body, pain in my back -I had a burst fracture of L1 25 years ago. And I could go on. I’m 70 years old and actually in good shape thanks to weight lifting when younger and Miranda White that I’ve been following for years. I’d appreciate anybody answering that might know the answer. With weight lifting, you had to take a day in between before working the same muscles, so even though this workout is getting easier, I don’t want to overdo therefore negating any progress.🙂

      She does a work out 7 days a week on Roger's PBS at 6 AM people shoul work out every day from morning till time to go to sleep. That s why the people whohave long lives stay health I watch her at 5 o'clock on PBS every day, then she switch to 6 am. Now I just found her on yt. So this is good for me.

I’m sure that when you are watching it every day, as I used to years ago, she is working different muscles or the same muscles but differently in all her workouts that are in a sequence. But because I only have TH-cam and I love this episode, I was wondering if it’s good for the body to do the same exact thing every single day, if it’s not just stretching and you’re actually working deeply into those muscles. Muscles when worked the same every single day don’t benefit. Haha, I guess I just answered my own question. I will do this work out every other day and find others of hers on the other days.       @@deniserosner796 she has different exercises every day, she does not do the same thing. So you can check for them. Some are 36 mins, some 24, but always different, I found this guy in yoga, he does a joint routine one is 20 mins one 30 mins so I do this every morning there is no pain in my joints at all at 77. His yt is call PRASHANTI YOGA. He does other things, but for now I do the joint wor,out on his vlog. Good luck

      Miranda has several different workouts, but they all work very gently on our bodies. As we get older our bodies respond differently, so her workouts don’t hurt or strain our muscles as body building or functional strength training does. Her workouts stretch the connective tissues and unclog the joints, so she encourages us to do the connective tissues workout every day. I was suffering from severe arthritis in my hands (I could hardly close them), hips, shoulders (I couldn’t lift my arms above my head), and neck, but her workouts have helped me get to the point where I can go back to the gym confidently to lift weights or resistance training, whatever I so choose.

      @@ruthcraven5190 Yes! Thank you. I just discovered her connective tissue work out, and here you are mentioning it. You are so right because I do do that one every day and it is saving my life with all my arthritis! That being said, now I will not do this work out every day, but maybe every couple days.

    Nice workout. Too bad TH-cam put so many (8-9 in 30 minutes) ad breaks in. It really disturbs the impact. Is there some way to get around that? On the other hand, you must be doing something right if they see your workout as a revenue source.

    My husband is an 80-year old who could only do the video your company has recently taken off TH-cam for people over 60 with mobility issues. We are on a fixed income and cannot subscribe so I wished you reconsidered an put it back on this platform. Thank you.

    so many ads in this workout :( had to stop 5 X in the first 10 min to remove ads , bummer ( maybe thats good if you are 60 ;)
