UPDATE!! - They buffed the crap out of it, you can now charge up to max really quickly and unleash the holy comet azur for a whole 4 seconds and let me tell you, it is awesome!!! I'm currently MELTING my way through NG+2. Respecc, put everything into Faith. Talismans - Millicent, Rotten insignia (they stack), shard of alex, sacred scorpion (increases holy dmg). The Euporia is one of the coolest weapons FS have ever created!!

I'd also recommend the Godskin Swaddling Cloth as an optional talisman, because it heals you for a small amount every time it activates, and it has the exact same trigger as the rotten winged sword insignia, so there's a bit of synergy to be found there.
My absolute fav weapon is the entire game! Most op? No. Better choices? Maybe. But I just love the design, it’s found and it’s just fun to play with. Again Ik there are technically “better” weapons but this is just fun! Great guide btw!!
The amazing thing about Elden Ring is that you can play any weapon you enjoy and have a ton of fun with it. People play this with a torch and love it (looking at you, Lenny)
yeah, in this form its actually just weaker than blacksteel twinblade, that has better damage at same level and customizable ashes of war (and oh boy some are bonkers)
And either more poise during ash of war or instead of extending the duration for more damage at max charge keep the same duration but increase the damage so it doesnt get cancelled everytime
Euphoria has more basic DMG and even with holy infusion on black steel euphoria still does more DMG ? What U talking about

@@arcticz6457 yup sorry, my bad. I came directly from game, where my blacksteel does more damage - but thats just because I have sacred blade buff on it :D It makes MASSIVE difference. But yes, without it, euporia has more damage.
Since lightning spells scale off faith (unlike the weapons which scale off dex), this is the PERFECT weapon to synergize with them if you wanna slap an iron kasa on your head and cosplay as Raiden from Mortal Kombat. Moveset even resembles the way he wields his staff, and the charged-up divine glow is just icing on the cake.
Can you make a build with the Pata? I think it's a pretty awesome weapon, but I don't really have an optimized build for it. Also, if anyone is interested, some really cool fashion souls with the Pata I like to use is the malekith set with the oathkeeper helm and black knight gauntlets to get to 51 poise.
This has got me interested in Elden Ring again, however im not sure how to start early game in order to lead into this build? Itd be awesome to see like a lineage video from each of your starting builds and where they progress to so its easy for new players to see a trajectory for where they are advancing too

Making my way through the DLC on my Strength / Faith character atm. Looking forward to getting this, shame it's right at the end of the DLC so I guess it's more of a NG+ weapon.
reach 80 of faith. Golden Vow as main buffer. Put light of miquella. Enjoy having a CC spell that Hits hard. Then put Multilayered ring of light for single slower enemies. then whatever spell you want but I suggest to diversify from holy damage just in case (I use stone of Gurranq for physical damage Fortissax Lighting Spear for Lighting damage and Giant Flame take's thee for fire damage).
Loving this weapon in NG+. I think the mechanics need more testing for us to have a better understanding. My hands on is different from what I’m reading. I rune harvested Greyoll quicker than a bleed frost build without using the weapon ash. Then I rested, buffed, summoned, and cast spells on bats, dodged bats, and finally killed the last couple of bats with the weapon ash.
That sword is a great str weapon I’m sure if they did an updated weapons video he would say that. I did this on my first play through. Had my strength to 80. This is for good for staggering bosses tough enemies. Use the two-handed talisman and get ur poise over 51. Pump endurance for stM equip load. That sword is amazing.
Please make a build for Greatsword of Radahn Lord. It looks awesome and is super fun to use in PvP or against groups of enemies, but I can’t really make it viable against bosses. Most of them are super aggressive and even after only doing the first part of the AoW it seems like dodging the next boss attack is impossible, as the cast time is pretty long. Any tips on this weapon are welcome!
FInally did a good and fun build for the smithscript daggers, put the scatter throw ash of war with blood infusion, the dagger by itself have low bleed buildup, but with 8-16 daggers at the same time, the bleed goes hard, lord of blood exultation and smithscript dagger is a must, in the other 2 slots i like the blue blessed dew and twin headed turtle talismans for exploration in general, for boss fights or when i need big numbers i switch to miliscent prosthesis and winged sword insignia, since you hit so many times the buffs are almost always active, status faith to use "flame, grant me strength", only the required amount of str and dex, 40 vigor, vitality to med.roll with your armor of choice (i like rakshasa, kinda of a ninja cosplay), 20ish mind is enought and dump the rest in arcane.
Love the build! Even when I do not play it, it's still so entertaining to listen to! I do have an idea, though. I would love a build based around some of the status effect weapons like madness and rot in the DLC!
I'm not sure if it was intentional but I see a little Final Fantasy IX reference in the item description. It's a twinblade and the description says "secret treasure of the tower". The Tower is the name of a twinblade that's a semi-secret treasure in the final dungeon in FF9.
I did a build with the colossal sunflower weapon you get from beating the flower boss. Dam it absolutely slaps! Especially with jump attacks. I would love to see what you could come up with a build using that weapon 🙌🏻

Was actually making a build similar to this currently. Just need to get to the end of the dlc to get the weapon. I prefer guardian leg armor pieces for the fashion.
Wish they kept all the lore for this weapon but still amazing build. Hope you can make a build with the Carian sorcery sword since its been buffed recently to S scaling in INT, maybe incorporated into your helphen steeple build from before. Keep it up bruv

Do a build with the carian sorcery sword now that the int scaling isn’t god awful, my current idea I’m playing w is full int w carian/loretta shield so you can use carian retaliation which makes up for the sword having impaling thrust; which isn’t a bad skill but doesn’t really match the aesthetic
Using Sword of Light's skill also boosts this thing's damage, don't even have to hit an enemy with the weapon art. Likewise, Leda's chest plate boosts dashing attacks and dodges, so that could free up a Talisman slot
This is easily an instant fromsoft wtf classic. Very cool looking, great concept, but like whatif we made it just totally usless by making an arbitrary timer that is perfectly just too short to keep going and take too many hits to proc? Brilliant!

Can you do a build with ansbachs scythe? I'm not an arcane build but have just enough for the weapon. Does decent damage, has blood build up and his skill is amazing. I love that little dodge and swing combo it's really lethal!

I tried the weapon along with the other dlc twin blade and both sword of darkness and light for debuff and buff for holy damage, but the build up is just too slow for the ash of war. Hope for a rework for such an awesome looking weapon
I saw someone share the results of trying this already, basically it made charging the weapon somewhat easier by spamming the jump heavy attack due to how many times it hits a target, but if you build up the charge on both blades and then use the weapon art, it consumes the buff from both blades, meaning you can’t charge up two beams at the same time which would be the main appeal of running two. It seems that the charge for this blade is actually applied as a hidden character buff, not an actual buff tied to the weapon, so using the charge for the weapon art just consumes the charge from you. Quite unfortunate, here’s to hoping From changes that but it’s possible they had to code it like that to make the weapon work at all, so it might not be fixable.
What are some good fast ranged incantations? I've always just run FGMS and Golden Vow. I tried out the final boss' rememberance incantation and some of the new dragon ones and they are way too slow for my play style.
Isk if you'll get ideas for this but I'm trying to find a matching weapons for a build using the light of miquella and his circlet, but I don't want to use the sword of light with it and idk what other weapon would match
I swear they buffed the time you can get the charge because im consistently getting it super charged in boss fights and stuff and it's over here lasting for about 45 seconds before it vanishes

I was cruising my way with the dark paladin cause euphoria was good but took too long to build up, now i'm having so much fun with euphoria !
Is it's normal attacks also considered as holy dmg? Or only skill the only holy dmg?
@@zakomimi4185 once the weapon glows, holy dmg kicks in, it stacks to lvl 2 where you melt. when the boss is 20% hp, unleash hell.

To buff this just take off the time limit. If you could just build up the charge through a level it would be WAY more useable.

I liked using Godskin Swaddling Cloth with this as well as RWS. That steady heal is a life saver in a lot of places.

This was my surprise favorite weapon out of the DLC. It’s so fun, and Euporia Vortex is just cool as Hell.

The Wing Crucible incantation also works especially well with twin blades. Totally recommend trying it out!
I think the hitbox is a bit wonky… could even argue the normal version with swords or spear seems better to me

For anyone that dislikes the bare legs on this armour, the Deathknight legs work well as a substitute.

Im using dual euphorias , the jumping dual wield attack helps a lot .

Deflect use melanias greatrune on this build and the deflect tear in your flask and its so fun basically sekiro and bloodborne with commet azure
