What is a "high saturated diet" ???? Sounds pathetic. If you mean foods are highly saturated with sugars, I'll agree with you BUT you can totally avoid sugar. It's simple. Go buy a 10lb roll of 70 30 ground beef and some good ol 100% butter. Eat it. Do this every day and keep your Carbohydrates as close to zero as possible. This means No bread, no crackers, no pasta...nothing ! Then after 3 months of just Meat and animal products, go to your doctor and get a test of your blood work etc. See the results. I am happy I'm carnivore.

Too much of anything is not good. But what's too much of every single thing we eat or intake? The misinterpreting of a solution to the old adage "Too much of ___" is cutting it out 100 percent. Eating fries every day with any oil or fat is terrible for anyone. Just like eating charred, red meat, daily.
I don't think using like 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil or fat to fry dishes would be harmful. I don't think eating red meat, at most, in one weekly or biweekly meal can be harmful. Unless you get a reaction after eating it.
Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables daily is healthy. Eating *only fruits and vegetables, daily, ever, can't be good for anyone.
I dunno, I'm not a doctor, scientist, or nutritionist.

    1. If someone’s HbA1c level is 5.5 while consuming only animal-based foods such as meat, chicken, fish, beef, eggs, and dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt, does this indicate that their diabetes is cured?
    2. Similarly, if an individual’s HbA1c level is 5.5 while consuming solely whole, raw plant-based foods including fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds, does this suggest that their diabetes is cured?

If they tell you that it is very damaging for the heart then the truth is just on the opposite side. ACC, the American College of Cardiology has no upper limit on consuming saturated fat from the coconut which they deemed to be one of the healthiest oils and should be encouraged. It has been clearly stated in their guidelines. But the notorious AHA has been spreading these harmful lies and this is how I assess my family physicians whether he/she is truly on the side of the healthcare or just doing it for the pockets. Good saturated fats are the cornerstone of a good healthy body. That is the secret. The body also reacts differently according to the length of molecular chain. That's what the cigarette companies did and now the meat industry is following suit. Saturated fats do cause heart disease and cardiologists warn against them. So do too many carbs which cardiologists don’t warn against for some reason. And people have cleared out their arteries with a whole foods plant based diet and others may have done the same with a low carb diet. So it may be that saturated fats and carbs together cause heart disease?

I hold a different perspective on this matter. I can provide evidence that my cholesterol levels decreased when I eliminated egg yolk, butter, cheese, and saturated fats from my diet. The provided definition is confusing and misleading. I urge everyone to be mindful of their dietary choices and regularly check their cholesterol levels, especially if they have cholesterol issues and have adjusted their diets accordingly. In times of a heart attack, it's crucial to take the correct actions by prioritizing health checkups. Trusting this advice blindly won't be beneficial; your health is ultimately in your hands.

I eat meat myself but even I know how much animal based dieting is funded and promoted for profits.
      The stuff is super biased.
It’s a fact that big dairy and meat industry are in the back pockets of big Pharma (and vice versa) because they rely on each others system to get people sick, offer a treatment and keep them sick.
Only fruits and vegetables can provide the optimal diet.
Killing animals needlessly ain’t right anymore then paying for them to be killed. I still eat meat though because I’m a selfish bigot who’s honestly addicted and too disconnected from what’s on my plate. IDC *shrugs*

@@OptimumTaurus The problem is fat and sugar in processed refined foods. Too many studies show a relation between saturated fat and cholesterol, this needs to be explained by the keto community. The keto/carnivore community also needs to explain the higher all cause mortality from those diets. No doubt sugar is bad, it is processed and refined and has no nutrition. Fat also has no nutrition. I choose to minimize my consumption of both. I've lost over 100 lbs and am doing fine. total cholestrol is 115 mg/dl, LDL is 48 mg/dl, and trigs are 52 mg/dl. 😁
