Express Ladder Flow | 35 Minute Intermediate Yoga Class | yoga Vinyasa Sequence
Vinyasa flow may be intermediate by nature, just because of the pace (moving one breath per movement) but this class is suitable for all levels. There are definitely challenging balancing poses, but the beauty of a ladder sequence is building familiarity with the poses and creating muscle memory.

This was delicious!! I struggle with very bad PMDD at times and super intense fatigue that is quite debilitating, and it's a fight to get to the mat, but then I very often find that it's just what I needed! And this flow was just beautiful and perfect for a day like this!! You're incredible at what you do

I really appreciate you sharing with us classes of different lengths and styles. There is something for everyone! I did this class this morning (Monday), and it was the perfect style and length for what my body and mind needed. My cup overflows with appreciation and gratitude, and I share it with you 🙂 Thank you.

Hi Emma, I'm back on the mat😀 Still a weird sensation in the hamstring so I kept knees very bent for DD and forward fold, and did deer instead of pigeon. But I really appreciated to flow back with you😀
The symbols on the wall are very beautiful, do you know their meanings (except for om, of course) ?
    Thank you 🙏

I'm glad you were able to modify to your liking! I honestly do not know the meanings, but if any subscribers or anyone seeing this comment does know, I would love to learn!
