You boys been feeling the pinch in the used motorcycle market? I’ve spoken with so many people who’ve had bikes for sale for 5, 6, 7 months with no action at all.
I've never had good luck selling anything but I have had a Burgman for sale for 6 months with endless time wasters. Literally thinking about doing a Whistlin Diesel style video with it at this point
@@BrickHouseBuilds I sold a Grom recently with 42 different time wasters messaging me. Thats right, forty two! I’ve had a Ducati scrambler for sale for a year. My buddies VFR took 9 months to sell and I’ve seen the same bikes on Craigslist for 7 months now just sitting. I don’t know what’s going on but it sure seems like motorcycling as a hobby is drying up.
if they really sit unsold for that long, it's because your price is too high. I've never in my life seen as many motorcycles on the road as i have this year, motorcycling is not dying whatsoever
I would have probably used a super heated screw driver to make a hole in that folded up rubber inner tube. 🤔 Also, there's something about that bike you're working on. I kinda dig it.
Typical old Honda's, they look like homely bums and have glitter where it shouldn't be. But they continue to operate without giving up. At least they didn't sound like a bag of hammers in the process. :)
If you didn't see the first video it probably wouldn't make sense. We did these bikes in just 48 hours so we prioritized mechanical things and focused on simplicity. Hydraulic brakes take more time and more parts which we didn't have. The drum works great and just let us get it done and not worry
So what should we do with these bikes next? We definitely have an idea but want to hear yours!
Restore them cosmetically on a budget, and see who can sell the bike with the most profit.

All of that and no ice cream? Dang! I know a guy who toured the perimeter of Texas on a 71 CB350....but I wouldn't wish that on anybody!
if they really sit unsold for that long, it's because your price is too high. I've never in my life seen as many motorcycles on the road as i have this year, motorcycling is not dying whatsoever
@@bren42069 would you sell a Ducati scrambler for $3,000? What about a Honda grom for $1500?
I would have probably used a super heated screw driver to make a hole in that folded up rubber inner tube. 🤔
Also, there's something about that bike you're working on. I kinda dig it.
I thought about that
Uneasy Riders 😂
🤣🤣
Typical old Honda's, they look like homely bums and have glitter where it shouldn't be. But they continue to operate without giving up. At least they didn't sound like a bag of hammers in the process. :)
Hahaha can't killem'
The bikers from hell 😂❤
🤣
Does not compute??? Why ion earth would you even think about going from front disk to drum brake?
If you didn't see the first video it probably wouldn't make sense. We did these bikes in just 48 hours so we prioritized mechanical things and focused on simplicity. Hydraulic brakes take more time and more parts which we didn't have. The drum works great and just let us get it done and not worry
If ys run suzuki wouldnt hsve this problem
