Mama Betty, great spices but the traditional recipe calls for beating in air by creaming with mixer or the Hausa use their hand. The air makes it light and not too dense.
Good job but as for me i sok it for 30 minutes n it is easy to remove e black t n then sok for 2 to 3 hours n then add all spices n blend it with small amount of water after that beat it to foam so that when u fry it ,it will be soft
