Sarah couldn't hang in psychology and i don't blame her bc clearly she doesn't handle patients well like that and i feel dr charles kinda pushed her into the deep end a bit
@@koberalice I see that; I typed the comment right when this vid came out and it reminded me of Reese, but yeah, in this episode she had a hard time, but I think she's good at what she does, she just needs to work through her paranoia
Yeah. Wouldn't have been my first guess, but I saw your comment around the minute mark, kept it in mind and got to them stating that she was a culinary student for it to click.
Dr. Charles repeated the wrong drug, she ordered respirator, he said respiradol, wrong drug. I only noticed beca. OK, she corrected it on the second pass.
Reece had gotten suspended due to her PTSD from the shooting that ended Season 2. After the shooting she brought pepper spray to work in order to defend herself, she then used the spray on a patient and was suspended for two weeks. That's why she says "I did my two weeks, I'm going to therapy, I shouldn't be afraid anymore" because her fear of being harmed/ killed caused her to lose her job (for a brief period).
I don’t know the full details of HIPAA but I assume since the patient was unable to consent to treatment, the sister as next-of-kin got power of attorney. It wasn’t in violation of HIPAA since the sister needed to be informed to consent to the patient’s treatment.
It's not a violation of hippa because she is trying to identify her patient. It's also not a violation because the patient is not in a state of mind to make decisions about treatment, and you need someone to do that for her.
She was a resident, she was still learning. Literally doctors complain 24/7 about residents, even the greatest resident in history will look incompetent to normal doctors
Is it me or were her words sometimes aligning with what was going on around her? It sounds like the patient had some connection to what was happening.
Yeah she said something like "the bright light burns" so it fit

@@bumbledyke And said it was crowded, too many people.
Yeah, that’s why I thought Dr. Reese backed off when she started saying there’s too many people
Yes she understood she was in a hospital but not for surgery.

@rosieglows that’s hilarious.
You tried to correct someone and then failed.
@@ryansmith4494 it was likely unintentional so chill dude
I love Sarah, she's such a sweet soul and great at what she does! I miss her.
I thought she was incompetent. Perhaps she should do research rather than treat patients.

4:25 I love how he put his hand out and grabbed it.
It’s delirium, I’m 3 minutes in and I’m calling it….cause I was there
AAAANNNNDD I’m wrong lol
one minute in: Schizophrenia?

Don’t be sad Sarah 😔
I got to 3:03 and decides it's Wilsons Disease

And I was correct
Literally had a college field trip at a psych ward. In the male ward, there was a man who was exactly like this. It's real.
Who is the girl? I recognise her from somewhere.
I have no feelings about Sarah
😢
Why was Reece on probation?

is talking to her sister not a violation of hipaa

@@arnavmekala4578but even with that..through several seasons she still came across as such an amateur
That is just rude
She was green and naive. I liked her better than Dr. Manning who is just arrogant and hot-headed.

Me either.
She's not fit to be a doctor tbh.. @@AlanJacksonLover12
