I popped the bead both sides first, then I rolled the tire sidewall back and put a tire lever in place. Then I did another one spoke over then another 1 spoke over then remove one and go another spoke over then it just came off. Took some muscle though!
In my case the sealent glued tire to rim, BUT ALSO INSERT to Tire!! 2 hours of hell :/ The insert was seriously damaged and parts of the insert are still on my tire.
Yeah man I took mine to bike shop and they couldn't do it. They did it before and but the expert that did it wasn't there. I am mad now so I will get that damn thing off but I am very disappointed of my purchase of Tannus Armours. They don't tell you how hard it is to change tire. They are very pricey for foam when I learned you can use pool noodles which are $5.I have still got many flats with these inserts and I really don't understand why. I have spent soo much money on getting the flats fixed and I can't do it myself I snapped one of my levers I bought now I only have 1 and I doubt I can do it with one. I actually did the same exact trick as you did by putting object in between and squeezing them apart to try and make space. I think it maybe better without them because without them you can easily patch them or carry spare tube.
Man i have metal lever, imagine my hands x) i just want to clean my tyre to remove the dry thingy that close the holes when you have a little puncture. Cause it hads some weight and i want to remove it before adding some more :D Guess i'll stop trying and just add more... I don't have the strength anymore in my forearms to do that...

Great insight, thank for sharing your experience with the tire inserts.

Your rim might be too bent, or there's a nick or slice in your rim. Or your running too low of pressures.
@@eh4hk6 nah the rim is carbon, almost brand new. Well i have no pressure as i am trying to remove the tyres ^^ but i appreciate the though :)
