When I cut the picture or svg it will only cut the svg as a black silhouette how do I fix that ?

site is down..... my design space will only let me print then cut how to i get it to cut my svg files?

The problem I keep having is, after I put the first layer on for 5 seconds my vinyl keeps shrinking and nothing lines up. I use Thermoflex-plus. What do I need to resize the 2nd layer, 3rd, 4th and so on?

I am not familiar with Thermoflex-plus so I'm not sure how to answer that question. What I did do, I uploaded a new file if you are interested in it. It is a file that you would be able to layer. I put everything back together on the shell, starfish and flipflop layer, and then I have the words on another layer. So you would press the shell/starfish/flipflops on your garment, then you would press the words on top by manually placing them. If you are interested in this file, visit my site and redownload the file. You will see there is a separate zip file with this layered version. After I ungroup them my attach does not work!! What do I do

You may have to ungroup several times, depending on the file. Then you should be able to select like colors and click attach.
