Amazing video bro i been thinking about getting this controller i build one almost everyday but i agree wit the price being a bit to much. I have a scuf impact and it’s just a little to fat for me, I can’t even reach the 2 middle paddles. But I’m actually here to ask if u can overclock these new controllers or if u have tried doing it to any scuf?
Hey Daniel, great question! Yes you can 100% overclock the scuf controllers but only the playstation ones. The xbox ones can't be overclocked because standard xbox controllers have a locked polling rate. But other xbox controllers like the victrix gambit and eswap series can be overclocked. Also what do you mean you build controllers everyday, that sounds pretty cool. How do you do it if you don't mind explaining, thank you!
@@Chukavelli1 like when I’m bored i go on the website for scuf or aim and build them. I just make different designs make cool looking controllers see how much they would be. Not physically build, virtually build them lol

I didn't realise to get the real 1000hz 1ms in Warzone you need to use DS4 as well as overclocking and use as a Xbox controller, at first I used it as a PS5 and noticed a difference from the Elite but after using DS4 and making it a Xbox controller dam only then was it so dam fast, it's like I jumped up a sense or two lol.
Nice vid, I use strikpack on ps4 .I've tried the Sony back button attachment but didn't like there location ofthe paddles= in your opinion Which ps5 controller has similar back buttons as a ps4 strike pack? Thanks

I hope that answers your question and feel free to ask more if you'd like. Thanks for watching the video Mike and have a great day!

It’s a shame Sony hasn’t made a first party paddle dual sense like Xbox and their elite controller. Xbox has handled pro controllers so much better this generation imo.
Hey Edgar, I agree with you 1 Million Percent! I love Sony, I'm a big PlayStation head but its almost like they couldn't care less about their controllers. The dualsense features are nice but people want way more than just adaptive triggers and gyro lol. I don't know why ps5 is so slow on this but I really hope they catch up to Xbox on this one. Thanks for watching the video Edgar, have a great day and happy gaming!
The quality of the parts of the elite controllers are horrid. Google up problems with the elite controllers, and I know because I have one myself. I had to open up and risk breaking my controller many times to replace and SOLDER the bumper buttons (becomes unresponsive after a month or so) and fix up any other flaws. And these flaws are pretty much in every elite controllers from what I've read. I'm experienced in tinkering and opening up devices and even soldering so I did a good enough job but I actually broke the usb port and it can only charge via dock now. The face buttons are unresponsive. Wireless is horrible and you are forced to get one of those wireless dongles which are sold separately. One of the back buttons is also unresponsive. After going through all this headache, the controller finally is good enough to use. Imo only 3rd party should do pro controllers and other accessories etc. First party will cheap out and charge a lot including sony and nintendo because they know their loyal fans will get anything from them. Always do research for the much more expensive products.
Hey man, no not right now but it could in the future just like any controller. Feel free to ask more questions if youd like, thanks for watching the video and have a great day!

Hey Musa, no not really. They’re about the same level of quality. In fact the ES2 usually has a lot of issues so id actually go with the scuf ps5 controller over the ES2
can you overclock the reflex and get the same 0 delay as a overclocked ps5 controller?
Hey Heffa, yes you 100% can!
@@Armyman_Gaming LMAOOOOOOO, yea I thought you meant physically build them😂. I'm sure you can see where I got confused. Either way thats a cool hobby nonetheless. Maybe one day you'll be an expert controller designer, that'd be dope man. Ya never know!
@@Chukavelli1 yeah once i read it back i realized the confusion and yeah that would be pretty dope.
Can you assign a shift button?
Hey Jimmy, like on PC? Is that what you're asking?
I just want a controller to remap the L3 which in games that we have to use it for running constantly will probably damage the analogs sticks...
But those cobtrollers are so expensive just to do that
Just turn auto sprint on?
How is it now 2 months later ?
Incredible! But I must say I am a varied gamer so I don't put 6-8 hours into any one of my controllers daily but it has held up well for me. I hope this helps, thanks for watching the video FamouSkills!
For the cost of the Scuf fps I can get 3 standard PS5 dualsense controller's in my region and just overclock them
LMAO, youre 100% right Mr Walker! Scuf controllers are definitely overpriced and i never recommend them unless you genuinely have money to blow but they are nice controllers, i cant lie
getting one soon! appreciate this overview ! #gaming4L
Gaming4L 4 Real! Thanks watching the video Ragn, have a great day and happy gaming! Let me know how you enjoy the controller when you get it!
Can you use this controller via steam on pc?
Hey Rey, yes you can 100%
Can someone tell me if the scuf fps R1 initiates faster when firing rather than using R2?
Hey Judas, generally every controller bumper initiates faster than the their trigger counter parts but yes the R1 does initiate faster on the scuf fps but in the same way that a regular ps5 controller bumper would, nothing particularly special in the scuf series. Any more questions, feel free to ask. Thanks for watching the video and have a great day! Happy Gaming!
@@Chukavelli1 it took me 13 days to wait ur response, thank u. I’m summoning u so u can drop a nuke in mw2. Not only that u will get 5 blonde ladies in ur doorstep sooner than u think.
I’ve heard that the back paddles become uncomfortable after long gaming sessions. Is this true?
Hey HAMR, no it isn't. I've never had any uncomfortability problems but then again this is a very personal issue. Maybe some people have genuinely felt uncomfortable after a long gaming session but I definitely have not had this problem
@@Chukavelli1 That was the one issue I was worried about. Could you make an update video on the controller in the future to show how it’s been to use in that time please?
@@hamr_1239 Hey HAMR, sorry I don't make update videos. I personally don't make those videos because in my spare time I'm a variety gamer so I don't use any specific controller for super long periods of time. So if I did make videos like that I'd be lying. On top of that I'm trying to now expand my content well beyond just controller reviews but I can say that my controller has held up after about 6 months of play. Understand I don't play with it everyday for hours on end but after 6 months it is doing fine. I'm sorry but thats all I can tell you. I hope this helps!
I’ve been looking for a pro controller to use on my pc after several failed Xbox Elite Series 2 controllers. I was considering this because I mostly play shooters but I’m still on the fence about the “digital tap” feature (because the Elite has trigger stops, not mouse clicks). Do you still think that it would be something that I could get used to quickly?
Hey Kamil, great question! Yes! The mouse click triggers on this controller are awesome! I personally had no problem adapting to them, and I doubt you will either.
@@Chukavelli1 Awesome, thank you so much!
@@kamilminnich7643 you will not regret them, from the first time you have one in your hands and you click the mouse triggers, you’ll know why they’re the shyt por fps games.
i guess i’m weird then cuz i hold the controller and rest my other fingers on all 4 paddles at all times
Lol you are a little weird but if thats what works for you then that’s incredible. Being weird is mandatory for greatness anyways. Thanks for watching Nico! Have a great day and happy gaming!
Thanks
Hey Mike, great question! I would say the controller that comes closest to what you're talking about would be the battle beaver controller. Its not quite like the strike pack but as of today is the closest on the ps5 market. After that I would have to go with the hexgaming ps5 controllers aka extremerate. I hope that answers your question and feel free to ask more if you'd like. Thanks for watching the video Mike and have a great day!
And you do get a case with it
Maybe Super LvL Controller ?
Hey Fast Lap, sorry but I've never heard of a super LvL controller. What is that?
Can this one get the same overclocking as the PS5 Dual sense original controller?
Yessir absolutely!
They’re not going to give a 1 year warranty because that’s about the time stick drift kicks in. It’s basically a modded ps5 controller. Price is stopping not getting it.
Hey bigg, sorry about the late reply. You make a good point, maybe you're right and if thats the case then yet again scuf needs to do better smh. Thanks for watching the video man, have a great day and happy gaming!
sooo... is it better than the aimcontroller?
Yes lol, i would definitely say so
@@Chukavelli1 I really do not know which one I should buy. The Aimcontroller costs me like 180$ and the Scuf one will be like 260 $
I think all controllers should have 4 back buttons.
That would dramatically increase the average price of all controllers but in a perfect world I definitely agree with you Pete lol
Playboi!!!! Great vid as always! Yo I was actually looking at getting a ps5 scuf but didn’t know which one to get. I’m glad you came with that honest review. Check you on the next vid man keep it up. Rickyfontain is in and now Rickyfontain is out! 🤣
LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NAH YOU'RE THE TOP COMMENTER ON THIS CHANNEL😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hello just want to get this out there we don't use all the same parts as extremerate parts I make my own buttons and shells don't come from extremerate u customize my on oem shells with mouse click triggers not extremerate ones that break I do use there paddles those but I also have my own custom buttons the mouse click triggers are real mouse housing inside mouses so the toggle I don't use cheap ones I use professional ones not like those black button caps that you will lose or that go out really easy I use the toggles like extremerate uses just not there the toggles that are yellow with caps that don't come off and we can mod your controller with up to 6 extra buttons and with the extremerate paddle 10 buttons that's 2 remap kits one for buttons one for set l1 r3 and other 4 paddle for well that's extremerate paddles everything else like clear shells man we get our own for buttons wise anyone can buy extremerate or scuf buttons they sell those separately not that hard for leds I use extremerate for the front face different thumbsticks because there's break and goes bad I use Bluetooth kits for the leds with 2x battery's so people can't say my battery dies so for designs we can do any design on Etsy Custommodz921 and we can do any other job out there that anyone else has done like the guy below there all extremerate parts so what's new there but I do Customs and any theme and all extremerate designs if people like hex, battle beaver, mega modz...we can make any rapidfire controller with extension thumbsticks paddles rapidfire and smart triggers not extremerate one extra buttons the Ultimate Pro Controller with 2x battery's we even sell just 2x battery's so anyone needing a custom design let us know we are ready to start
@@ThatGuyWhoComments1 my friend dropped his and broke off his right bumper, popped the shell, and messed up his right trigger
wel good news Edgar, playstation has confirmed they ARE making a pro controller for the PS5. They are calling it “DualSense Edge”
dose it stick drift or not?
Hey man, no not right now but it could in the future just like any controller. Feel free to ask more questions if youd like, thanks for watching the video and have a great day!
@@Chukavelli1 thanks bro i wanna buy a pro controller what should i pick the hex or scuf fps?
@@q8abood666 if stick drift does happen just put rubbing alcohol inside the stick module with a q tip. Works great. Been on a scuf impact for four years now but recently upgraded to a ps5 so now I’m waiting for my scuf reflex to come in.
It’s bad and breaks like all scuff products. Do not buy this pos
LMAO, that is a strong stance that I'm not even mad at. I can definitely understand where you're coming from especially when you factor in the price tag but I really gotta say this controller is not bad man. If the longevity of the controller is in question I guess I understand but my review and a lot of people's review of this controller is quite high but its still a new controller so the long term reliability conversation is still in the air. Call me naïve but I really recommend this controller. Either way I appreciate you telling me how you feel, its always welcome! Thanks for watching the video DL, have a great day and happy gaming!
Can you play ps4s games like warzone or sum!?🤷🏽♂️
