I forgot to update this. I got my controller 3 days ago.. no issues. I also got the gamer grip and it's phenomenal the controller is clean and has crispy movement . It's very very responsive
Glad I'm not the only one. I had an original Xbox elite controller and I preferred those triggers to the one on my scuff instinct pro. Had one of the elite controller thinbstick not broken, I'd have kept using it. But getting parts during Covid was impossible. The instinct feels great aside from the trigger placement. I imagine the PS5 version is the same.
Thanks man! I enjoy tech but I enjoy good tech that’s worth what I paid. This is priced about $100 too high imo. If you have money to burn and want to fit in, then this is a go. Otherwise go with a company that has a reputable customer support team or is cheap enough to replace easily because controllers break and wear.

I believe the elite 2 is a better buy. They both have the same drift issues but you get better customer support, a cheaper price, and a lot more in the package. Hope it helps!

Do not buy the fps triggers. They will break multiple times before ur warranty is up and then scuf will charge you. Broke 3 times within 6 months for me.
@@Spitsinbums yes I was wrong, it’s more like 3 times the price of a standard ps5 controller which in my opinion it’s still to much but that is in the UK where a standard controller is £60 and a scuf controller is £199
This controller is nasty and soo overpriced. The whole controller creeks when the slightest force is exerted on it, making it feel flimsy and cheap. The paddle arrangement sucks and the analog sticks make an annoying clicking noise when they are moved from dead centre. The rubber grip does feel good though. Overall though im very disappointed with this scuf. Get an Aim or a battle beaver instead ppl
@@chrisginoc personaly my daily driver for the past 18 months has been the Aim Controller with the remapable v2 4 paddle spider configuration, it is built from a stock dualsense so you have no worries about wierd analog stick response curves messing up your play. Aim have a v3 paddle system now but most ppl prefer the v2 version because they aren't as noisy to click. Iv had zero issuse with the Aim and it still looks and feels like new. I thought id give scuf another chance since they had just recently been bought by a new parent company, but after receiving my ds5 i was disappointed with it. A good option for a 2 paddle and 2 button controller would be to buy a Rise v4 remap kit to build your own with a new dualsense, one with no stick drift or issues. It is the same back paddke system that Hex use on their builds. You can pick them up for under £40, no soldering. Im about to order one for the controller that came with my ps5. Hope this helps you decide

No only the buttons on the controller can be mapped to the paddles. Another W for the elite 2 and L for the Scuff
