Hi Yogita, The popular two options for Germany: (1) After successful interview process, a company would sponsor visa. (2) We can take "Job Seeker Visa" and come into Germany. After coming here, within a specific allowed time, we can search and find a job.
Hi Satish, That should not be a problem for Germany, because here too the notice period is commonly 90 days. Moreover, if you're going to move from India to Germany, then you would need 2 to 3 months for your visa process. In that aspect, 90 days is a good thing only 😊
